Privacy hardly exists, service???, vacation sheriff included
Gabi stops and she likes to tell this when she exchanges information with the sheriffs. Only the bare minimum is done, according to her own statement. Thank God our shower was still freed from the disgusting silicone joints, so we could use the shower without disgust. Bed linen and towels are only changed on Tuesdays. For that, the guest must place the existing laundry basket on the terrace between 9:00 and 10:00 AM; if not, too bad. Unfortunately, we sleep longer on vacation and did not manage to find another solution, even when inquiring by phone. Thus, we slept for 14 days in the same bed linen, only receiving a few cleaner towels on Thursday. Service looks different. And then there are the sheriffs (long-term vacationers with a tendency towards German thoroughness). Without closing the curtains, there is no privacy, not even on the second terrace, where it is not more spacious either, and at breakfast, you can greet everyone very kindly. Everything is so small and cramped that we were glad when we had left the facility. Without bicycles, the way to the beach, especially for seniors, is very far and exhausting, and the pool cannot replace this experience by any means, especially since there is also a lack of a slip class with the applied paint, which makes entry more difficult and somewhat more dangerous. The favorable price one gets here (relatively) is offset by the lack of service, as the change of bed linen and towels, cleaning of the accommodation, and response for the benefit of the guests—these services increase the price in other facilities, and we will no longer do without this service in the future, especially since service creates jobs. Whether it will get better in the facility when there are new managers from summer onwards is not for us to evaluate, but merely to hope.

Sehr geehrte Familie Früchtel,
unsere Verwalter betreuen mehrere Objekte, deshalb ist ein gewisses Zeitmanagement unumgänglich und der Zeitraum 9:00 - 10:00 Uhr für die Wäscheübergabe angemessen und bisher gab es dazu keinerlei negative Äußerungen von Seiten unserer Gäste.
Sie hatten einen Reihenbungalow (40 qm) gebucht (auf unserer Homepage einwandfrei als solcher zu erkennen) und fühlten sich "eingeengt". In einer kleinen Anlage mit 12 Bungalows ist davon auszugehen, dass man Nachbarn haben wird. Was ist an einem freundlichen Gruß beim Frühstücken zu beanstanden? Unsere Gäste als "Sheriffs" zu bezeichnen, entbehrt jeder Grundlage. Ihr Jargon lässt zu wünschen übrig, denn auch unsere Verwalterin Gaby betitelten Sie als "blöde Sau" (bezeugt vom "Sheriff" im Bungalow gegenüber).
Unsere Gaby war übrigens an Ihrem Abreisetag, wie vereinbart, um 10 Uhr für die Bungalowrückgabe pünktlich in der Anlage. Sie hatten es allerdings vorgezogen, bereits um kurz nach 9 Uhr abzureisen.
Für künftige Urlaube empfehlen wir Ihnen einen Aufenthalt in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel.

Family facility
We had a very nice holiday at los claveles. Gaby and Michael are always available and if there is a problem, they solve it directly. We walked to the beach almost every day. But it was also quiet at the pool and everyone had their sunbed. Pure relaxation.
We thank Gaby and Michael for the lovely care and look forward to the next time.

Super for seniors
This was our first time here at Los Claveles and we stayed for three months. Beautiful complex with everything you need for a nice holiday. We were very satisfied and have already booked our next holiday in this complex. This time for 4 months because it was so nice.
Gaby and Michael, the lovely managers of the complex, were especially responsible for the special feel-good factor, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them once again. They were always friendly, approachable and helpful. We are looking forward to our next holiday in December.

Super time out
It was my first time in Los Claveles and I was super satisfied. The next holiday is already booked. A small, well-kept complex managed by Gabi and Michael. They are always approachable, friendly and helpful. The bungalows are functionally furnished and have everything you need. Washing machine in the complex. The two terraces offer sun or shade, perfect! A bicycle is recommended, otherwise it is a long way to the beach. Supermarket and bike rental are nearby. Wi-Fi is okay for emailing or WhatsApp, but too slow for virtual training (job). An alternative is a Spanish SIM card. I would like to come back!

Simply mega
I stayed at Los Claveles for the 11th time in a row - that says it all. A small, cosy and familiar complex, very clean and run with a lot of love. The bungalows are equipped with everything you need for self-catering
The two "housekeepers" Gabi and Michael are extremely helpful and always try to make the guests as comfortable as possible.
My next holiday there is already booked. So - thumbs up!
