The Villa Maxima Agri, for 4-6 persons with a living space of 180 m² on two fully air-conditioned floors, is located in Filipini only 7 km from Porec and its beaches. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room with picture windows, fireplace and sofa bed for two people. Furthermore, a double bedroom with room divider and shower / WC. On the first floor you will find a gallery with sitting and a secretary, a bedroom with double bed and shower / WC. The beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with 40m ² saltwater pool, the separate children's pool, bio pond, outdoor shower, deck chairs and beach umbrella, leaves nothing to be desired. The summer kitchen with comfortable gas grill, two terraces with tables and chairs and a lounge invite you to culinary delights on balmy summer evenings. The property offers a pleasant privacy through the natural stone wall.

The Villa Maxima Agri owes its name to the ancient Roman way "Decumanus Maximus agri", where it lies. In the past, it was part of the estate of the estate of Count Giorgio Filipini, after whom the place is named. The present owner and architect has realized all his skills in this artful villa.
