This renovated authentic istrian villa is located in the village of Dracevac near Poreč. Ony 5 min. by car from the holiday home is the town of Porec don't miss to visit the Euphrasian Basilica built in the middle of the 6th century. It is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Porec is a town rich of cultural heritage fenced by massive city wall defies time and greets visitors from all over the world. Near the villa you can visit also Visnjan a small Istrian town situated on the top of a hill surrounded bygreen. In Višnjan every last Thursday of the month there is a traditional open market which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. Višnjan is even a well known internationally reputed astrology center.

A security deposit of 300 EURO at check-in is required which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages on the property. Payment A non refundable deposit of 30% upon reservation. The 70% balance must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival or paid cash on arrival. |
