Villa Hedonistra 2021 built is located in the quiet village Batvaci, only 4 km from the sea/beaches. The vacation home offers 8+2 persons all comfort in a private atmosphere. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and an open plan living area, with direct access to the covered terrace and pool. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with adjoining shower room. The house is located between Bale and Vodnjan in Batvaci, about 4 km from Barbariga beach. The first floor of the house is suitable for people with disabilities. Each room has air conditioning. The villa is the perfect family accommodation, in a small quiet place, but close to all amenities of Istria.
