Description
Our approx. 70 sqm maisonette flat has two bedrooms with double beds, blackout and fly windows and is equipped with smoke detectors. You have plenty of storage space for your luggage. Ironing board and iron are available
In the bathroom you will find everything you need, hairdryer, toilet, shower, large seal, plenty of storage space and washing machine
The large living room is comfortably furnished with a flat-screen TV and music system, where you can find two additional beds if required. Games and books provide entertainment.
The integrated kitchen has a cooker with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, raclette and dishwasher. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge for small children.
From the living room you have access to the south-facing balcony with table, 6 chairs and parasol. Here you can also dry your bathing clothes. From here you have a beautiful view over a well-kept garden
There are benches and tables on the property where you can eat your own grilled sausages after a sunny day of swimming. You can park your bikes in the shed
For shorter or longer walks, extensive meadows and woods are in the immediate vicinity.
An insider tip for fish eaters. Be sure to go to the harbour. (Here you can get freshly caught fish directly from the fisherman. The smoked products and salads are heavenly. Fish solyanka and fried fish with fried potatoes are a must. Enjoy your meal. With a cool beer.

Our holiday flat for 2-5 people plus a small child, is located in a quiet side street, surrounded by an allotment garden. Your parking space is on the property. You will find everything you need in the child-friendly village. The shopping facilities, restaurants and the tourist information are also within walking distance (approx. 500 m). By bike or car you are at the beach in 10 min. The dog beach is ideal for swimming and romping. At the Tourist Information Centre you can get information about all the events in and around Karlshagen. The staff will also give you tips on what to do on the island in the rare event of bad weather.
Enjoy carefree holidays, with us there are enough possibilities to escape from everyday life and recharge your batteries. We have a bicycle hire service with a trailer for children and dogs, and wonderful cycling and hiking trails for a sporting break
Usedom ,the bathtub of the Berliners. Not only for Berliners. More and more sun-seekers are taking advantage of Germany's sunniest island for shorter or longer recreational stays. In recent years, Karlshagen has developed into an impressive seaside resort. Here is the widest beach on the island, here you don't lie like in a sardine can, there is plenty of room for everyone.
The Baltic seaside resort lies between the Baltic Sea and the Peene River in the north-west of the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests that reach right up to the dunes, where you will find surfing facilities, beach chair hire and a beach stage. There are nudist sections and beaches for dogs. In the village there is a harbour with moorings and fresh fish sales, bicycle rental, nature conservation centre, railway station and shopping facilities also on Sundays and public holidays.

By chance we have become landlords of holiday flats ourselves and believe that where we like it, the guest can also feel comfortable. FE flat 1st floor
The FE flat is on the first floor, which is not ideal for an older and larger dog.
The flat is perfectly equipped, even with a washing machine and safe.
Since the flat is looked after by a caretaker service, where you also get the key for a late arrival time, via a key safe, costs 10 euros ? You would think that everything is fine. Unfortunately, it was not as clean as one would expect an FE flat to be. Many people think there is always something to complain about, but doors and floors should be clean without traces of the previous guest. Also think about the shower cover.
The electrical appliances should be checked beforehand to make sure they are working properly - I haven't thought about the electrical check yet.
Maybe it would be better to sweep with new brooms

To the harbour 10-15min walk and to the beach 15-20min.
The location of the flat was very optimal and quiet....

Wir können die Sauberkeit nur verbessern, wen der Gast uns Mängel sofort meldet. Da wir nicht selbst vor Ort sind, wird die Reinigung durch ein Unternehmen durchgeführt.
Zum Punkt Elektrogeräte währe eine genauere Beschreibung hilfreicher.

A great accommodation! Highly recommended to good friends :)
The apartment is quietly located, well-equipped, and modernly furnished. It's spacious enough for 5 adults (beds are divided between two bedrooms, 2 double beds and a single bed). The key handover process was uncomplicated. The beach is within walking distance (15 minutes), delicious bread rolls are available at the gas station around the corner, and there is also a Netto supermarket within walking distance. The fish restaurant in the harbor is very delicious and can be reached in 5 minutes by car. We were especially impressed by the Matjes herring fillet.

Very nice layout of the holiday apartment - theoretically, two families can also have a wonderful vacation there, with a total of four to five people. Technically, it is really high quality and comfortably equipped! Everything was very easy (key collection?) everything is quickly (10-15 min. also on foot) reachable, the beach and shopping, everything is actually around the corner! Even if the sun is not shining, many activities are possible. We really felt comfortable there! ! Can totally recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation here. The weather was worthy of the sunny island of Usedom. The tip to go to the harbor and eat fish was spot on. We had wonderful bike rides as everything is nice and flat, so the effort was minimal. The vacation rental is great, we felt very comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony is beautiful. Thank you, we will recommend the vacation rental and definitely come back.

We would like to thank the landlords for the pleasant stay in their spacious and beautiful holiday flat. We found everything as described on the website. The way to the beach is not the shortest but manageable without blisters. The location is nice and quiet and the immediate surroundings were ideal for our dog to run around and for long walks
