The especially typical and rustic estate "CASAS DA TERÇA" consists of three traditional nature stone houses. T2 – Casa da Terça - is a two-storied vacation house. At the ground floor there is the living- dining room and a “cupboard”-kitchen which is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster etc. A double room and a single room are on the first floor, as well as a bathroom with shower. T1 – Casa da Glicinia - is a two-storied vacation house (Apt. T1). At the ground floor there is the living room and the bathroom. In the living room, there is a comfortable lounge, a wardrobe, a table with four chairs and a fully equipped “cupboard”- kitchen, with toaster, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. The bedroom is at the first floor, with two separate beds and an additional extendable sofa for a possible third person. T1 – Casa dos Agapantos - is a little apartment, which has a living room, a sleeping room with a double bed and a bathroom. It offers space for four persons. In the living room, there is, a comfortable lounge that is extendable into two separated beds, a wardrobe, a commode, a table with four chairs and a fully equipped “cupboard”-kitchen, with toaster, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc..

The property is about 2.080 m² and is located very beautiful and quiet at a hillside. No more than 30 years ago, the whole estate was abandoned and the houses were empty ruins. The owner restored everything, and made a pretty garden out of the former farmland. From the property, you have a beautiful view over the river Tabua. Several "Levadas" are in immediate proximity. "Levadas" are popular footpaths along the artificial irrigation canals that run through the whole island in a 2.100 km long network and lead to all places, which are worth seeing. Furthermore, there is nearby an old aqueduct, which leads to a picturesque water mill ruin.
