The brand new apartment ‘Serendipity Green’ (top floor of a three-storey building with a lift) offers you 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The large terrace invites you to enjoy a drink, a pleasant barbecue or a relaxing moment with a book and a glass of wine, and all this within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, beach and seafront promenade.
A secure parking space is available for you to park your rental car free of charge. However, if you do not have a rental car, you can easily organise trips using public transport (50 m away) or simply take a taxi right outside the door.
So everything is in place for a comfortable holiday in the luxurious surroundings of the Serendepity Green apartment.

As the Serendipity Green apartment is centrally located, with all amenities within walking distance (shops, restaurants, market and beach) and with easy accessibility by public transport and taxi, a rental car is not really a must.
