Holiday villa 'Casa OM' is brand new and completed in September 2021. OM, the contraction of the three sounds a-u-m, is among others one of the most important mantras from Hinduism and actually embodies the essence of the entire universe.
Because of the contemplation often used in meditation and yoga, this name was deliberately chosen for the house. Surrounded by tranquillity and beautiful nature, the villa provides the setting to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries. The house is built in such a way that there is plenty of natural light from all sides. For a restful sleep, the 3 spacious bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds. The large and inviting showers provide the necessary refreshment. The large, bright living room is furnished with stylish furniture. In the open kitchen you will find all modern amenities. Together with the beautiful covered barbecue, you have all the possibilities to prepare meals yourself.
If you just want to enjoy a book in peace, the reading corner with comfortable armchair is sure to be inviting.
The spacious terrace by the (heated) swimming pool invites you to enjoy the beautiful view and the breathtaking sunsets.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa 'Casa OM' is located on the southwest coast of Madeira in the very quiet village of Senhora do Amparo and is surrounded by beautiful nature reserves where you can hike to your heart's content. Ponta do Pargo, the westernmost point of Madeira, is about three kilometres away. There are several restaurants here where you can enjoy local dishes. After exploring the west coast further, you reach the town of Porto Moniz with its popular natural sea swimming pools.
But also the livelier Calheta is only about ten kilometres away from the villa. Several boat trips depart from here to look for whales and dolphins.
The villa is also an ideal starting point for further exploration of the area and the island.

Dream location, modern equipment, sea view, great service
Beautiful holiday villa in the west of the island with breathtaking sunsets. The modern and clean furnishings offer all comforts, from comfortable beds to the fantastic sea views. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook for yourself and leaves nothing to be desired. The quiet surroundings are perfect for relaxation, while a car is essential for exploring the island. In the middle of our stay, a mid-stay cleaning including a change of linen ensures a fresh atmosphere. Even new bathrobes were provided, which positively surprised us.
From booking to departure, we were wonderfully and professionally looked after by Monique and Koenraad. Questions and requests were always responded to in a friendly and competent manner, which made our stay particularly pleasant.

Dream vacation on the Amalfi Coast
The holiday home with a fantastic view of the sea is very well maintained and clean. Everything is excellently organized. The contact persons are always available and very friendly and helpful. The house is comfortably equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable and the sunsets are unforgettable. We would love to come back.

We didn't miss anything
A beautifully located holiday home with a view of the sea, in a quiet environment, and still close to everything that Madeira has to offer: beach, hiking trails, city and countryside. I can only recommend the house to Koen and Monique: they are incredibly helpful when needed and discreet to allow us to enjoy the holiday to the fullest. The days at Casa OM were a 5* stay.

Incredible holiday villa
This dream villa gave us an almost perfect holiday. The house is just so much nicer and bigger in real life than it seems in the photos. The kitchen, the rooms, the pool and above all the view.... A dream holiday is pre-programmed. We definitely recommend the pool heater to be able to enjoy the evenings at this windy altitude.
Without a car it will definitely be difficult or impossible, but we recommend that on the island anyway.
We recommend this villa 100% and still rave about this absolute stroke of luck.
Not to forget the landlords, who are so warm and committed. A thick folder with personal recommendations for the island was presented to us and they always had an open ear for our questions and wishes.
