Welcome to Sankt Andreasberg in the Upper Harz National Park!
Our holiday home was completely renovated and lovingly designed at the end of 2015. The 6 bedrooms are located on 2 floors. A large eat-in kitchen with adjoining dining room is on the ground floor. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and a second fridge. There is also a toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Dishes and such are available in sufficient quantity. There is also a tumble dryer available
All bedrooms or common rooms have a flat-screen TV. A music system is also available. On the ground floor 1 shower/WC and 1 guest WC. Upstairs 1 shower/WC and 1 shower
Storage for skis is available. Lockable storage possibility (with costs) for motorbikes and bicycles on request. In summer there is a barbecue in front of the house. WLAN is available free of charge, as well as parking spaces (parking bays in front of the property)
Our accommodation is located in the centre of St. Andreasberg. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite, a playground and a mini-golf course in the nearby spa park. Several restaurants are within walking distance.
Note: Please enquire if you are travelling with more than one person, as we have several holiday flats and holiday homes in St. Andreasberg!

Location and surroundings of object
The national park community of St. Andreasberg is situated at an altitude of 600 to 900 metres and offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, fishing and skiing. The main attractions are the 550m-long summer toboggan run, the high ropes course with rope slide, the Samson mine, which is a World Heritage Site, and the annual traditional festivals. Both on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and on the nearby Sonnenberg you will find the Alpine and Snowboard Centres with lifts and restaurants in winter. Cross-country skiers will also find perfect conditions in and around St. Andreasberg. And if you like tobogganing, you simply can't miss Sankt Andreasberg: the toboggan slope with snow tubing run located directly at the Kurhaus is a visitor magnet for "big & small"
From Sankt Andreasberg you can make great day trips to Braunlage (12 km), Bad Lauterberg (12 km), Clausthal-Zellerfeld (21 km) and Bad Harzburg (25 km). Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg can be reached in about 40 minutes. The A395 can be reached in 35 minutes, the A7 in 40 and the A38 in 50 minutes by car.

Deposit of the rent (25%): until 7 days after request; balance (75%): until 14 days before arrival, both by bank transfer. All prices are valid for 12 persons, from the 13th person we take an extra charge of 20,-€/person/night (also applies to small children). |

Great flat for many people
Modern flat especially suitable for many people. All very friendly and easy. We had a great weekend and will come again sometime, if we may :-)
recommend for: holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday
