Welcome to our new holiday home!
You want - after such a long time - to meet again with your family or friends and spend a nice weekend or holiday? Then this great and beautiful holiday home with a large barbecue terrace is just the thing for you! Our new holiday home is to feel good on 220 square metres, distributed on 2 floors of a house built in 1910.
It was completely restored, renovated, modernly furnished and lovingly decorated by us in 2020 and 2021. Whether it's a short holiday with the extended family, a school trip or a weekend getaway with lots of friends: there's plenty of space here!
Our holiday home is on 2 floors (ground floor, 1st floor). It has a total of 6 bedrooms, of which 3 are double bedrooms and 3 are bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Furthermore, it has 4 complete shower bathrooms with WC.
The layout of our new holiday home is as follows:
Ground floor: chic living room, a modern kitchenette and a lovely dining area with a large dining table - the three areas are contiguously open plan. 2 x bedrooms: 1 x bedroom with double bed and 1 x bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 x shower bathrooms with WC.
1. Upstairs: 4 x bedrooms: 2 x bedrooms each with 1 x double bed, 2 x bedrooms each with 2 single beds and 2 x shower rooms with WC.
All bedrooms and lounges are allergy friendly heated with infrared heat and have a flat screen TV. On request, you can borrow a baby cot and high chair free of charge
Please note: We adhere to the hygiene regulations. You will find disinfectant and soap in the accommodation.
Please enquire if you are travelling with more than one person, as we have several holiday properties in Sankt Andreasberg.

Location and surroundings of object
The national park municipality of Sankt Andreasberg lies at an altitude of 600 to 900 metres and offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, fishing and skiing. The main attractions are the 550m long summer toboggan run, the high ropes course with rope slide, the Samson mine, which is a World Heritage Site, with the Harz Canary Museum and the annual traditional festivals. In winter, you will find alpine and snowboard centres with lifts and refreshment stops on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and on the nearby Sonnenberg. Cross-country skiers will also find perfect conditions in and around Sankt Andreasberg. And if you like tobogganing, you simply can't miss Sankt Andreasberg: the toboggan slope with snow tubing run located directly at the Kurhaus is a visitor magnet for "young & old".

| The tourist tax costs 2,30€/night for adults and 1,30€/night for children (6-17). The visitor's tax and any bed linen packages ordered (12,- €/person) and the final cleaning fee (120,- €) are to be paid in cash on site Down payment of the rent (25%): until 7 days after request; balance payment (75%): until 14 days before arrival, both by bank transfer. All prices are valid for 12 persons; from the 13th person on we take an extra charge of 30,-€/person/night (applies also for small children). |

additional information:
St. Andreasberg is one of the few places in the Harz mountains that has managed to preserve much of its original character with its idyllic streets and colourful wooden houses. From here you can make numerous worthwhile day trips, e.g. to Braunlage (12 km), Bad Lauterberg (12 km), Clausthal-Zellerfeld (21 km) or Bad Harzburg (25 km).
