Welcome to the heart of the Oberharz National Park!
You want to get together with family and friends again - after a long time - and experience a nice weekend or a short holiday, then this beautiful large holiday flat is just right for you!
Our beautiful large holiday flat is spread over 210 square metres, on 2 floors of a house built in 1750. It was completely renovated, modernly furnished and lovingly decorated by us in 2017. Whether it's a short holiday with the extended family, a school trip or a weekend trip with lots of friends: there's plenty of space here !
The layout of the large holiday flat, which starts on the 1st floor and extends from there over 1 attic floor, is as follows
Ground floor: Large anteroom with wardrobe
1. Upper floor
3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 x double bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 x single beds, nice big living room, modern big eat-in kitchen with big dining table, 2 shower bathrooms
Top floor
4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 x double bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 x single beds each; 2 shower bathrooms
All bedrooms or common rooms are heated allergy friendly with infrared heat and have a flat screen TV
The 3.80 m long dining table in the kitchen invites you to cosy game evenings in autumn and winter, as well as to end a beautiful day in spring or summer with a glass of wine and home-cooked food. Various restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and fridge-freezer. There is also a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes, cooking utensils and the like are available in sufficient quantity. A fenced-in large terrace, downstairs next to the house, with plenty of seating and a very good barbecue, invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together outside.
GENERAL
WLAN can be used free of charge, as well as parking spaces (car: at the roadside in front of the property, motorbikes: garage can be rented)
Our accommodation is located in the centre of St. Andreasberg. A supermarket is diagonally opposite and a bakery is close by. There is a playground and a miniature golf course in the nearby spa park. Various restaurants (international and home-style cooking) are within walking distance

Location and surroundings of object
The national park community of St. Andreasberg is situated at an altitude of 600 to 900 metres and offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, fishing and skiing. The main attractions are the 550m-long summer toboggan run, the high ropes course with rope slide, the Samson mine, which is a World Heritage Site, and the annual traditional festivals. Both on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and on the nearby Sonnenberg you will find the Alpine and Snowboard Centres with lifts and restaurants in winter. Cross-country skiers will also find perfect conditions in and around St. Andreasberg. And if you like tobogganing, you simply can't miss Sankt Andreasberg: the toboggan slope with snow tubing run located directly at the Kurhaus is a visitor magnet for young and old.
From Sankt Andreasberg you can make great day trips to Braunlage (12 km), Bad Lauterberg (12 km), Clausthal-Zellerfeld (21 km) and Bad Harzburg (25 km). Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg can be reached in about 40 minutes. The A395 can be reached in 35 minutes, the A7 in 40 and the A38 in 50 minutes by car.

All prices are valid for 12 persons; from the 13th person on we take an extra charge of 30,-€/person/night (applies also for small children). |

Pets are not allowed, also smoking is not allowed in the flat. There is a large ashtray outside the front door
Bed linen packages can be rented optionally for a one-time fee of 12,- Euro / person (includes hand and bath towel, complete bed linen). After booking, please inform us in good time (3 days before arrival at the latest) whether and how many linen packages are required, as well as the approximate time of arrival
Arrival is possible from 15:00, departure until 11:00
Deposit: 25% of the rental price within 7 days by bank transfer, balance (75% of the rental price) up to 14 days before arrival by bank transfer. All other costs are paid in cash on arrival (final cleaning and visitor's tax).
The visitor's tax in St. Andreasberg costs 2.30 €/adult/day and 1.30 €/child/day (6-17 years)

Very nice well equipped holiday flat. Very suitable for several couples/families due to the many bathrooms and large dining table/living room.
Lovingly furnished.
Very good service, landlord always available in advance, friendly and problem-free handovers.
Beautiful walks possible directly from the flat
Bike park/ski lifts close by. Braunlage is only a few minutes away by car.

Large family reunion
We were in St. Andreasberg with 3 families for a long weekend. The accommodation is great, tasteful, cosy and quaint. The kitchen has enough space for everyone and is super equipped. The living room is big enough for everyone
Also very nice - the barbecue area with great grill and two beer garden sets. The four bathrooms ensure that there are no long waiting times. The handing over of the keys (due to a car breakdown) at 2 o'clock in the morning also worked out thanks to the nice manager. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious accommodation
The holiday apartment is truly fantastic and exactly as shown in the pictures. With 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, there is enough space for about 16 people, and those who like it cozy will certainly also be comfortable with 20 people. Everything we needed was available, and we felt very comfortable in the very clean and cozy accommodation. It's great that the supermarket is right across the street, and everything else is within walking distance in a few minutes. See you soon!
