Our flat 2 (5 stars according to DTV) on the top floor and in the attic is a luxurious, cosy and lovingly furnished flat in country house style with a separate entrance. The approx. 100 sqm flat with 3 bedrooms is ideally suited for up to 5 people (1 additional bed possible) and is spread over 2 levels.
On the first floor there is a large hallway and a wardrobe for the upper floor, the living room with wood-burning stove, stereo and CD system, large flat-screen TV, DVD player and DVDs, a well-stocked selection of books as well as games, the fully equipped Alno country kitchen with extra-large refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave as well as egg boiler, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine, iron and ironing board
You can eat comfortably at the large dining table with 6 chairs
There is also a bedroom with double bed and safe, a large bathroom with corner bath, shower, 2 washbasins, toilet, underfloor heating - equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror, cleaning products, first aid kit, as well as a guest toilet
In the attic there is a bedroom with 2 box-spring beds and a chest of drawers as well as the TV and reading room, which can also be used as a third bedroom. Here you will find a high-quality pull-out couch with slatted frame and a chest of drawers as well as a TV
The flat is centrally heated all year round. In addition, you can conjure up cosy warmth in the living area with the wood-burning stove. The large balcony with a fantastic sea view is equipped with two tables, chairs, cushions and a high-quality awning.
Next to the separate entrance to this holiday flat, you will find a secluded part of the garden with its own seating area and further garden furniture (dining table, chairs and loungers), children's swing, sandpit, barbecue area with guest barbecue as well as the storage space for bicycles under the carport and the parking space for your car. W-LAN access can also be used free of charge.
Different pillows and 3 toppers for extra comfortable softer sleeping are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The Reethaus Göhren is idyllically and quietly located at the end of a private road (dead-end street - no through traffic), yet central to the village centre, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away
The unspoilt south beach is practically at your feet. But also the north beach - the main beach of the Baltic resort of Göhren - with all the facilities of a typical beach holiday (beach chair rental, restaurants and boutiques) is within easy walking distance. Alternatively, the public bus service will take you to other beaches free of charge upon presentation of your spa card
For all wellness fans, we recommend the purchase of a day ticket for the spa area in the nearby spa centre
for the spa area in the nearby Hotel Hanseatic.
Football fans can watch all the events live in a SKY bar around the corner.
Travelling by car: For travelling by car, we recommend the following route: from Hamburg / Lübeck: via the A1 to the A 20. take the A 20 motorway to AS 24 towards Stralsund, then take the B 96 to Stralsund. from Berlin: via the A 19 motorway to the Rostock-Kavelstorf junction, then take the A 20 towards Stettin/Stralsund. or via the A 11 towards Stettin to the Uckermark junction, then take the A 20 towards Greifswald/Stralsund to AS 24 towards Stralsund. In Stralsund, follow the signs for Rügen/Sassnitz via the new Rügen Dam. On the island of Rügen, take the B96 towards Bergen and then the B196 to Göhren. An alternative option in the event of traffic jams on the island is to take the old spa road from Altefähr to Gustow via Garz, Putbus and L ancken Granitz. Alternatively, if you would like to use the Glewitz ferry, follow the country road after the Grimmen Ost exit in the direction of Bartmannshagen - Willerswalde - Reinkenhagen - Reinberg - Stahlbrode - Glewitz. Use the alternative route - take the car ferry to Rügen. The ferries leave every 20 minutes from Stahlbrode to Glewitz. From Glewitz, travel via Garz, Putbus to Göhren. Approach in Göhren: Behind Baabe, turn towards Göhren at the Göhren / Thiessow junction and, according to the map, drive to Swannenbarch - at the end of the cul-de-sac you will find the Reethaus - in a quiet location and with a unique view over the Baltic Sea. Discover the charm of the Baltic seaside resort of Göhren - the mixture of villas of the seaside resort architecture and the historic houses of the former fishing village (some are now part of the "Mönchgut Museums") determine the unique character of the place
The Baltic resort of Göhren has two kilometre-long, fine-sand beaches. The north beach - brilliant white, it slopes gently into the Baltic Sea and is therefore very child-friendly. Here you can find everything that makes a beach day ... Beach chairs, water sports, restaurants, the ice cream man and playgrounds
The amber promenade also stretches along the north beach, where you can walk all the way to the Baltic resort of Baabe. With its spa square, music pavilion, water features, Kneipp garden and pier - it is a meeting place for holidaymakers - various festivals and concerts take place here. The nearby southern beach is unspoilt and romantic - ideal for beach walks as far as Thiessow
Take a trip to Sellin and Binz or all the way to the chalk coast with the pier service. You can also easily reach the Granitz hunting lodge with the "Rasender Roland" narrow-gauge railway.
There are several opportunities to rent bicycles in the village.

Magnificent view and very comfortable furnishings.
The accommodation is very nicely furnished and has a magnificent view of the sea. We particularly liked the loving preparation and extensive facilities.
Beaches, supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc. are within short distance. The bus stop for trips to Sellin or Thiessow is also only about 400 meters away.

Traumurlaub im Reethaus Göhren
Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung ist wie nach Hause kommen. Wir verbringen schon seit einigen Jahren unseren Urlaub in der oberen Wohnung des Reethauses in Göhren. Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und überrascht mit vielen Details. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und zeugt von dem guten Geschmack der Eigentümer. Das Beste allerdings (und das gratis dazu) ist der wunderschöne Blick auf die Ostsee, egal wie das Wetter ist, ein Genuss sicherlich zu jeder Jahreszeit. Und wieder zu Hause, träumen wir von Göhren, der Wohnung und dem unvergleichlich schönen Weitblick auf das Meer.

Jederzeit wieder
Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt.
Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Kurze Wege zum Nord/ Südstrand, Seebrücke, Transportbahn, Kurverwaltung, einkaufen und Gastronomie.
Wir haben unser Auto nur zur An und Abreise bewegt. Erkundet haben wir die schöne Umgebung mit dem Rasenden Roland, oder einfach zu Fuß entlang der schönen Strande.
Der Blick vom großen Balkon auf die Ostsee ist einfach spitze.
Auch aus dem Lesezimmer und selbst aus den Dachfenstern kann man sie sehen.
Wir kommen wieder.

super holiday flat with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea
We have been holidaying in this beautiful flat for many years. The flat is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Everything you need is there. But the most beautiful thing is the fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. You can already see and enjoy the Baltic Sea at breakfast. The holiday flat is also highly recommended for the low season. No matter what the weather is like, you can definitely see the sea from the living room
The landlords are very nice and accommodating. We will continue to holiday here in the years to come.
