wurde completed in summer 2017. She offers you:

LOCATION:
The house is situated slightly above Ripalta, a picturesque medieval hamlet of Dolcedo. It is surrounded by olive groves and lies above a river, where you can also swim in the water basin
The centre of Dolcedo is only a few minutes by car (1 km) or about 10-15 minutes on foot. There are several restaurants - from the simple pizzeria to the sophisticated cuisine - as well as various cafes and shopping facilities for daily needs.
The following excursions in the surrounding area are particularly popular
- Valloria, the village of painted doors - a kind of open-air museum
- The Laghetti of Acquasanta - bathing lakes in the river
- Hikes through the olive groves or in the region around Monte Faudo
THE ENVIRONMENT
Ripalta is about 8 km away from Imperia and the sea - by car it takes about 15 minutes. In Imperia there are several small bays with sandy, pebble or rocky beaches. Imperia also has a dog beach (gravel).
In spring, autumn and winter you will find many lonely places here. From June to August, however, you have to be prepared for many visitors and "bagni" who lend out chairs and umbrellas. Free sandy beaches are better located in San Lorenzo (another 3km towards Sanremo). Or you can go to the rocky beaches in Imperia
Imperia also has a beautiful old town - the Parasio - and Oneglia has a wide variety of restaurants and boutiques.
The surrounding area offers possibilities for excursions, :
- The Pista ciclabile: 40 km of cycling routes directly on the sea to the French border
- Interesting cities like San Remo, Alassio or Monte Carlo (30-45 min)
- Botanical gardens such as the Giardino Hanbury
- in approx. 1 hour you are in the Maritime Alps
- French flair in Menton, Nice etc

Beautiful house, great location - RECOMMENDED
The house is beautifully situated in the hills above Imperia. It is spacious, very tastefully furnished and very well equipped. From the terrace on the upper floor you have a wonderful view of the sea near Imperia
On one side of the property is a steeply sloping garden wall. The side is fenced, but a bit dangerous for small children. The approach to the house is a bit difficult for Germanic people with big cars.
The car park is about 100 metres above the house and the very friendly landlord transports the luggage to the property.
We felt very comfortable in the house and can only recommend it.

Sehr schönes geschmackvolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht .
Auch mit Hund zu empfehlen da es sehr schöne Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus gibt.
Es ist auch am Dorf angeschlossen mit einem kleinen Spaziergang.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit mit Gepäck und Urlaubs Tipps.
