Description
Discover the charming holiday home Mare e Monte in Dolcedo, Liguria. This inviting holiday home offers space for up to 5 guests in 110 square metres of living space, with 3 bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, adjoining living/dining area, gallery room leading to the roof terrace and a bathroom.
The house is surrounded by a fenced garden that invites you to relax and enjoy the sea and mountain views. A barbecue is available, perfect for cosy summer evenings. For your convenience, there is a car park right by the house.
The spacious roof terrace offers a marvellous view of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding landscape. Adjacent to the kitchen there is another terrace, also with views of the sea, but also of the mountains. Inside, a cosy wood-burning stove provides warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. A washing machine, Wifi, an iron and a hairdryer are also available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The house is tastefully decorated, with a combination of modern furniture and antique wooden furniture creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, which is characterised by olive groves.
Long-term rentals are possible, but the house is reserved for non-smokers.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is one of the few rusticos situated in the picturesque Castellazzo district of Dolcedo in a secluded (but not isolated) location with a garden. This location offers a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the valley and the mountains and you can enjoy the sun and light all day long at any time of the year. Dolcedo can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and by car in 5 minutes. In Dolcedo you will find a typical Alimentari shop, a post office, newspapers, ATM and a charging station for e-cars (2) as well as a number of restaurants.

We have made sure that our guests can relax, so there is no television, but the wifi connection still allows you to stay in touch with the "world". Music can be received via a Bluetooth device, also via Wifi. In addition, you will find many books for every taste in the house.
A stove and gas central heating are available for the cooler months of the year. When using the heating, the heating costs are charged extra at cost price.

Sea and Mountain - Wonderful House
From the sea, we drive into the valley to Castellazzo, take another sharp turn, and then we have arrived. It has gotten late. The car parks under an old olive tree, an angel watches over the entrance. We unlock the door and are overwhelmed. How beautiful it is here! The lights from the valley and the mountainside illuminate the kitchen, dining, and living area. We open the terrace doors, the smell of the south fills the room. We have arrived and feel very, very comfortable from the first to the last minute at Mare e Monte, which fulfilled all our wishes. Thanks to the wonderful hosts Karoff! We will be back soon.
