The house is very sunny, arranged on two floors. upstairs a bright loft equipped with kitchen and living room with wonderful sea view. downstairs a relax lounge with sofa, bedroom with two single beds, double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom with sink, bath-shower. a small kitchen for any tea or coffee. the garden is reached by going home and crossing an ancient porch under which c is a sheltered corner where you can sit and smoke a cigarette or drink something. you arrive in the garden colored by flowers and aromatic plants. the garden is equipped with an overground pool measuring 2,5 mt x 4 and 1 m deep. , a pergola under which c is the table and chairs to relax and dine outdoors. bbq and deckchairs.

Location and surroundings of object
Isolalunga a beautiful village, part of the largest commune of Dolcedo, is the cradle of Casa Mami. from the house you have a beautiful view of the sea which is 6 km, and the mountain which is 7 km. all services are very close, the grocery store and the bar are 50 meters, banks, pizza restaurants, pharmacies are in Dolcedo a (1 km). Imperia which is the main city at 6km, highway exit to 5km, train station to 10km, airport to 90km.
a cycle track that runs all over the edge of the sea and is 25 km long from S Lorenzo at the sea in Ospedaletti is an attraction for bicycle lovers. For those who love culture and monuments a visit to Dolcedo, Bussana Perinaldo, Apricale, Dolceacqua is recommended. For those who love shopping and nightlife Sanremo, Menton, Monte Carlo, Alassio are to be seen.

Agreable maison typique: Pleasant typical house.
Very typical house in a small hamlet near the beautiful village of Dolcedo. Covered parking 300 meters from the house accessible by small alleys. The bottom pool is nice and the small garden too...the only small negative point is that there are public trash cans in front of the garden just after the road. But overall very good.
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday

Dear family thank you for your stay in our home , was a pleasure having you as guests.
As you said the house is tipic ligure and also the garden and garden reflects the sorrounding environment,simple and rustic.
In our small village durig the summer the population triples and have a privat parking is a luxury even if at 200 meter . there is pubblic parking at 80 meter but must be really lucky to find a place . And to unload and load the laggage there is a space directly under the house, where the guests can leave the car for short time.
House has all services nearby, bakery, bar, etc and also bins for garbage on the main road at 20 meter and the garden is above the road and this can be a comfort becacuse you don' t have to go so far to throw away the rabbish, and can be a defect if you don 't like see the bins. anyhow everyday the company passes to take away and there is not smell .
Anyway, i hope did you spent nice and relaxing holiday visiting our area.
