A very beautiful holiday home

The holiday home of the Kappe family is very well equipped and offers all conceivable comfort. A very nice vacation can be spent on 3 terraces around the house, also by the pool. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 WC, it is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children (see also extra beds/sleep sofa). The Kappe family is always reachable if there are problems. A contact person is also available on-site. The house is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby, there is a pub, a hotel where you can eat, and a small supermarket, which we found to be positive. A small cove with a beach is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, but it was too crowded for us. We can only recommend a vacation in the holiday home of the Kappe family.

Relaxing family vacation

We had a wonderful time in this great apartment in a quiet location in Cala D’Or. The amenities are top-notch, nothing is missing. The garden and pool are also wonderful and perfect for relaxing. Shops, restaurants, a lovely little cove, and the marina are easily reachable on foot. Ideal for a relaxing family time. By car, many more beautiful coves in the area can be discovered in a short time. Absolute recommendation!

We come back every year.

We feel absolutely at home in this beautiful finca every year anew. Nothing is missing, the amenities leave nothing to be desired, everything you need for a relaxing vacation is there.

Every kitchen appliance is available, from the smoothie maker to the microwave, the love is in the detail here.

The house is very well air-conditioned, which is a blessing on hot days. The location is optimal for us, the most beautiful bays are easily and quickly reachable by car.

The landlady Yulya is the heart of the finca and is always there to help with advice and assistance, which is why we have been loyal to her since 2017.

We recommend the finca 100% and are already looking forward to next year.

Cala Ratjada, for example, celebrates the feast of St. Antoni on January 21 and the feast of the Virgen del Carmen, the patron saint of fishermen, on July 16. The festivities are sometimes accompanied by impressive fireworks.
