Holiday apartments and houses in Budoni & surroundings

Already after landing, we were picked up by the landlord at the airport and brought to the villa. Upon entering the terrace and the gigantic sea view, our expectations were far exceeded. We were warmly welcomed with Sardinian delicacies & wine. The villa, the pool and the entire property are in a very well-kept condition, stylishly and individually furnished. Equipment and comfort leave nothing to be desired. From the 55" TV to the top equipped kitchen, etc more than positively surprised. We have often stayed in holiday homes on the island, but never in such a great and unique villa as the Castel Smeralda. We enjoyed the pool, whirlpool and sauna to the full. It was mega beautiful! We can only highly recommend the villa and are already looking forward to our next holiday!

The facility offers a fantastic view and invites you to relax with many cozy corners. You can feel how lovingly and detailed the house and garden were furnished by the owners. The villa is certainly even better suited for the hot summer months. Since the weather in April was rather cold and partly rainy, we were glad to have the stove, which immediately made the kitchen cozier. The nice landlords, Evi and Fritz, were sociable and very helpful, whether it was outing tips, providing an extra electric oven for the cold evenings, or getting the pool back in working order.

The anticipation for the start of the long-awaited vacation was great, but the impression upon entering the area was overwhelming. We had never had such a wide and unobstructed sea view, the second glance at the pool, garden area, and villa was equally impressive, we had made the absolutely right choice. While our children were already splashing in the pool, we, 6 adults, were pampered with culinary delights of the island. In addition, there was the very important house briefing, followed by many very interesting insider tips and information about the country and its people, as well as activities on the small continent. Even though we were not in Sardinia for the first time, there was still a lot to discover. The conclusion of our two-week vacation is that we have never had such an exclusive and brilliant holiday home in Sardinia. Everyone was completely satisfied, relaxed, and already planning to return to the villa next year. We had also booked the Lancia and a Golf convertible, and because Fritz had another Golf convertible available, we were given it for free, thank you again! Unfortunately, we also had extreme thunderstorms with heavy rain and wind for 2 days, which is very spectacular here so close to the sea. But with the view through the panoramic window of the roaring sea and the burning fireplace, it also has its positive side. The spooky night was over, the sun was shining again, and it was perfect weather for swimming, which prompted everyone to jump into the pool.
I cannot share the opinion of the previous reviewer, it rather annoys me, as it is not objective and correct. Only small-minded people can find something to complain about here.
We will definitely come back next year.
