This spacious house can accommodate up to 12 guests in 190 square metres of living space. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and you can easily park your car in the existing car park. The property also has a fantastic covered terrace with a spacious dining area, chilling lounge and a Mediterranean outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, barbecue, sink and gas hob.
The former Bed&Breakfast (Su Paradisu) impresses with its unique location in the Sa Testa district (Olbia) and offers a breathtaking view of the mountain massif of the island of Tavolara as well as the sandy beach of Pittulongu and the Gulf of Olbia. The holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing beach holiday as well as for exploring the beautiful, Caribbean-like island of Sardinia.
Description of the individual flats:
The stylish flat Sissy has two bedrooms spread over two levels.
This creates a harmonious loft character. In the living/dining area, a former wooden church staircase from the 15th century leads to the bedroom upstairs.
The Janine flat consists of a total of three rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom (ground floor layout).
Flat Marcel is located on the upper floor, which can be reached via an external staircase. This exclusive residential unit boasts a unique panoramic view thanks to the numerous windows in the living/dining area. The breathtaking roof terrace is directly adjacent and only separated by a few steps. The bedroom has a small French balcony with a view of the interior.
As a special service for our youngest guests, various additional utensils can be provided on request (limited number - please specify when booking).

The villa has only two direct neighbours and is located right at the end of the street. There is therefore no traffic at all. There is a small turning area on the road and inside the villa.
Please note that the villa is on an elevated level. This means that the access road is steeper. In addition, the access road is only partially asphalted and runs mainly on a natural path (unpaved road).
