A flat with certain advantages: Outside, the spacious, covered terrace with an exclusive outdoor kitchen and a magnificent sea view is impressive. Inside, the living area is designed in a cosy, Sardinian style - spread over two levels.
The stylish Sissy flat has two bedrooms spread over two levels.
This creates a harmonious loft character. In the living/dining area, a former wooden church staircase from the 15th century leads to the bedroom upstairs.
This residential unit also has a fantastic covered terrace with a spacious dining area, chilling lounge and a Mediterranean outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, barbecue, sink and gas hob.
As a special service for our youngest guests, various additional utensils can be provided on request (limited number - please specify when booking).
This means that nothing stands in the way of a longer family holiday:

The villa has only two direct neighbours and is located right at the end of the street. There is therefore no traffic at all. There is a small turning area on the road and inside the villa.
Please note that the villa is on an elevated level. This means that the access road is steeper. In addition, the access road is only partially asphalted and runs mainly on a natural path (unpaved road).

Ein Traum??
Traumhaftes Objekt, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Ein atemberaubender Blick, wer früh aufsteht, sieht einen tollen Sonnenaufgang. keine 10 Minuten Fahrt zu Strand und Supermarkt…. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!!
