Location and surroundings of object

This beautiful apartment is located in Golfo Aranci an Italian community with about 2500 inhabitants in the province of Sassari in Sardinia. The municipality is located about 22 kilometers northeast of the airport Olbia on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The apartment is located about 800m from the village center and beautiful Lungomare which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest beach and the sea is just under 100m far.
The location is interesting because you get from Golfo Aranci pretty in the middle between northern Sardinia and Olbia south with short car rides to the beautiful beaches.
There are along the beach and in the center of Golfo Aranci various restaurants and snack bars where you can eat very fine. There are grocery 2 on the main road. But I recommend the shopping center "Terranova" which is 15 km away from the airport or the same at the airport at "Auchan". There it is cheaper and the choice is much bigger.
Costa Smeralda:
Only 12 kilometers away you can reach Porto Rotondo and 30 kilometers Porto Cervo.

Dream vacation

Do you want to enjoy your breakfast on a great terrace with a view of the sea? Do you like being close to the beach, good restaurants, and still appreciate peace and quiet? Then you are exactly right here.
Perfect location, good amenities, great apartment - very clean, friendly helpful landlord. Highly recommended? We would love to come back.

Dream vacation

We spent a dreamlike vacation in this accommodation as a group of three. The quiet location—but still central—the town center is reachable in 10 minutes on foot—the amenities (nothing was really missing). The view of the sea from the large cozy terrace as well as the bedroom. Two very beautiful beaches are reachable in 3 or 5 minutes. With the car, other beaches could be reached in about 15 minutes. The place - super beautiful - many restaurants and trattorias - partly upscale but also normal simple restaurants - something for everyone. I am already looking forward to being there again next year? ? A compliment to the landlord - he got in touch with us in no time when questions arose.

Beautiful apartment

Thanks to the very good facilities and perfect location to the beaches and the short distance to the center, we were able to spend a very nice vacation in this apartment.
The apartment and the balcony with the magnificent view made the vacation something special. The contact with the landlord was uncomplicated. Good restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
The apartment is located in a quiet and well-maintained district. Sufficient parking spaces are available.

Simply beautiful

We say thank you. Our stay was a success from A to Z. The description of the accommodation is 100% accurate, the flat is just great, is modern and very practically equipped and is fantastically located. The view over the sea from the terrace gave us many wonderful hours. The communication with the landlord was also flawless. Book if you want to enjoy carefree days in Sardinia.

Great holiday flat with a view of'the sea

The flat is on the top floor of a block of flats and from the really large terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. The flat is large enough, fully equipped and air-conditioned. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated, so you feel right at home
It is only a few hundred metres on foot to the beach and to the village with small shops and numerous restaurants and bars. From here, you can also make beautiful excursions into the surrounding area and to Olbia. The location of the flat is really top.
The contact with the owner before and during the holiday was very pleasant, reliable and exemplary. On site, you are also excellently looked after and have a direct contact person who is happy to give you good tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. The apartment is absolutely recommendable.
The flat is an absolute recommendation, and the price-performance ratio is completely in order.

Perfect beach vacation

The apartment is perfectly suitable for 4 adults. The equipment of the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Very clean and beautiful furnishings. We felt at home. In addition, the terrace is a real highlight!

Golfo Aranci is perfect in terms of location. From here, many beautiful beaches can be visited. Some beaches can be reached on foot, others are highly recommended and can be reached by car in no time. In the evening, you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade, there are plenty of fine restaurants there.

Communication and key handover with the landlord went smoothly.

We will gladly recommend this accommodation!

Great holidays in Sardinia

The apartment is located in an optimal location. The beach can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Other beautiful places such as Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo or San Teodoro can be easily reached within about 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is very modern and generally very well equipped. From the large terrace you have a fantastic sea view. There were 4 of us and we felt at home. The apartment is highly recommended.
