Welcome to the holiday flat Anna's House in La Caletta NU, Sardinia! This cosy 45 square metre holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 guests and is equipped with 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Anna's House is the perfect place for a family holiday. The flat is child-friendly and even offers a baby cot for our youngest guests. Dogs are also welcome, so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest with the whole family.
The flat has a balcony and a terrace, ideal for relaxing evenings with a view of the beautiful Sardinian landscape. A BBQ grill is also available, perfect for cosy barbecue evenings.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning to ensure cool temperatures even in the hottest summer months. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and a coffee machine, so you can easily prepare your own meals.
The bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds and fresh bed linen. A TV, washing machine and hi-fi system provide additional comfort. Free Wi-Fi is also available, so you can always stay connected to the outside world.
The flat is also suitable for long-term rentals and is characterised by an allergy-friendly environment. Tradesmen are also very welcome here.

"Great"
The accommodation is centrally located, 150 meters away there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops of every kind. The host is very kind, available, and not intrusive at all; they made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, and we lacked nothing! Highly recommended!
