We offer our holiday house on Sardinia for rent. It is an exclusively solar-powered home, ie electricity and hot water generated by solar energy. There are 2 outdoor terraces. One of them is shaded by a roof. The garden benefits from 2 750 year-old olive trees and almonds, palm trees, birds of paradise, etc. In the garden there is a small outdoor grill, which may also be used during the hot months (Fire Regulation Sardinia), and a larger open grill (not in July / August), a pizza oven, garden furniture incl. 2 chairs and tables and plenty of chairs, a hammock, a swing and a tree house. The house has a large kitchen (20 square meters), where there is to cook a variety of dishes. There is a table and enough chairs. In the kitchen is a so-called open fireplace, which can be fired with wood for the transitional period (with briquettes). It provides all-round comfort. The bathroom (12 square meters) has a shower and 2 sinks and a toilet. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed (once as a bunk bed), once a cot and even a fold-out double bed. In both rooms there are closets. The rooms are 25 and 20 square meters. The house has a lot of board games and card games less. There is a box of toys for children. The books are welcome to be read and taken. We would be pleased if it in exchange added another. Moreover guide exist, these should however remain in the house.

The house is situated about 6 km from the coastal road, which connects the town of Porto San Paolo with San Teodoro. The coastal town of Olbia port and airport is about 20 minutes away by car. There is everything to infrastructure, what the heart desires (Schopping malls, banks, etc). In the car distance of about 10 to 20 minutes from the house with its profusion of very different beaches. From sandy beaches to small coves to rocky and pebble, and more. On some beaches watersports offered (snorkeling, diving, boats, etc). The house is at the end of a private road leading off about 300 meters uphill from the domestic road to Santa Guista. The access road is only used by the farmers and the owners of the house opposite and the tenants. The road is not paved, but concreted in parts, but you have to go up slowly. Farmers operate an extensive agriculture, which means that approximately 4 to 8 pigs run free on a walled 4000 sqm complex that there is a flock of sheep, dogs, cats and chickens. From the doorstep of the holiday home away you can walk in the hills or down to the top of the hill of Punta Bella Vista go (in clear weather about 50 km of coastline view). Garden and surroundings are ideal for the hustle and bustle to escape to the sea and to give to the children play space. Since our property manager who lives above on another access road also has two children / adolescents, children may also like to play up there (trampoline, etc). The manager is German, but speaks as his children, also fluent in Italian.

For the stay, it is advisable to have a car (can also be rented at the airport). The house is situated at an altitude of 160 m above sea level. That is, with beach visits, it is convenient if you do not have to cycle up or run.

Good day, Joachim and Annette Louis are our names. We bought this land many years ago and everything built entirely himself. Even the leader of Sardinia Michael Müller publishing house honors our house as an ecological holiday home in Sardinia. Since we ourselves are only half a year in Germany (the other time in Africa) will take care of in the remaining time, our son Philippe to our guests. At us and of course it can also provide much demands, as they need to gain the widest possible impression of the house. We are pleased about guests!
