Beautiful summer vacation

This very individually designed old signalman’s house is something very special. Furnished with great attention to detail, it offers a lot of comfort. We lacked nothing; everything was available in sufficient measure. Its special charm certainly comes from its eventful history, which became visible, among other things, in the very successfully redesigned bathroom in the old goat stable. Here, old and new blended together carefully – we liked that very much. The contact with the landlords was already very friendly in advance. It is especially worth mentioning the beautiful and large wooden terrace, which can be used like an additional room outdoors. We liked the location and were very excited about the newly designed lakeside park, through which one can stroll to Überlingen in a relaxed manner. There were also countless and uncomplicated bathing options available. The only thing that took some getting used to was actually the level crossing directly opposite, which was so loud that the windows had to be closed at night. But then it could no longer be heard. However, that would not stop us from vacationing here again, as it was simply a really nice summer holiday.

Wonderful relaxation in a very modern and quiet holiday flat

We can absolutely recommend the holiday flat and had a very relaxing holiday week as a family at Lake Constance.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area (no through traffic or similar, therefore no noise from passing cars). The flat itself is also absolutely quiet (it is above the offices of the landlords, but you don't hear a thing).

Apart from the quietness, the cleanliness and the very good equipment are particularly worth mentioning. The kitchen invites you to cook. There are also books, games and information material.

The size of the flat with its two bedrooms, the large living area and the terrace is perfectly suited for a family. The modern and bright design made us feel very comfortable.

The very helpful and friendly landlords live in the house next door and are happy to give tips about the region.

From the flat you can immediately start hiking or cycling tours. You can quickly get to Lake Constance by bike (storage available) or car. Shopping facilities are also within easy reach.

Conclusion: A quiet, modern holiday flat where you feel at home from the very beginning. This is how a holiday should be. Absolutely recommended!

The flat is super clean and you will find everything you need. The location is quiet and
yet not far from the lake. The bakery and butcher are within walking distance. The hosts are extremely nice. We felt very comfortable and would gladly recommend the flat to others.
