Welcome to the Ferienbox – Your holiday destination at Lake Constance – Two modern holiday apartments in a quiet, central location for up to 3 people. Upper floor apartment: Direct access to the balcony – a place to linger and unwind.

The outdoor areas feature garden loungers, a seating group, and sun protection.

Whether alone, as a couple, or as a group of three, with friends or with “grown” children – guests aged 12 and up are warmly welcome.

Vacation with dog: In the ground floor apartment with large terrace, garden, and lake view, your well-behaved dog is warmly welcome. We deliberately keep the upper floor apartment pet-free. Well-behaved dogs – large or small – who know how to behave in a well-kept environment (do not lie on the sofa, armchair or bed, are not "constant barkers", do not cause any damage to the best of our knowledge; and if something does happen, have honest owners who report it immediately and take responsibility), as well as all responsible dog owners, are always warmly welcome. Please indicate your dog with breed & size in the booking form. Thank you. We look forward to welcoming you to Lake Constance!

There are two private wallboxes at the parking lot; if you arrive with an electric car, we will gladly provide you with a charging card for a fee. Additionally, private parking spaces are available to you in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, shipping, marina, etc. in the village.

Here is the English translation of your text: --- Dear Guests, As private landlords of two holiday apartments, we do not have separate cancellation policies and have always adhered to the applicable legal regulations regarding tenancy law, which state the following: "Rent is always due in principle. Tenancy agreements entered into for a short period can generally only be terminated extraordinarily for good cause (§ 542 II BGB). This means that 'the tenant is not released from the obligation to pay rent simply because, for a reason attributable to themselves, they are prevented from exercising their right of use.' In other words, the rent is always due, regardless of when the tenant cancels (§ 537 I BGB)." Therefore, we kindly ask you as guests to inform yourselves about travel cancellation insurance and to consider or check whether you already have such insurance, or whether it is, for example, included with a credit card. Should we as hosts be subject to an official rental ban, as was the case during the Corona period, or if for any other reason we are unable to provide you with the booked service, of course no travel costs will be charged and we will immediately refund any payments already made. We believe it is fair that hosts bear the risk of not being allowed/able to rent out, and guests bear (and possibly insure) the risk of not being allowed/able to travel. Nevertheless, with every cancellation, we always strive immediately to re-rent the apartment in order to prevent losses for all parties involved; which we have almost always succeeded in doing so far.
