The price for the holiday apartment is way too high. 11 nights for €3180 is absolutely too much. The whirlpool bathtub was only partially usable because a hot-cold water control knob was missing. The landlord gave us a pair of pliers. On vacation, in a holiday apartment, I should not have to use pliers to regulate hot and cold water; the knob should be there and functioning. Even with the pliers, it did not work properly. Dishes were not well cleaned, glasses, plates, and cutlery. Under the skylights on the concrete ledge lay dead flies and wasps. Otherwise, the apartment is nice and well-maintained, the sauna is good, works well, and has its expected pleasant effect.

A beautiful chalet with a wonderful view of the mountains. Very high quality and lovingly furnished. Very clean and thought of everything. We felt very comfortable. The pool is so nice and was cleaned once a week by the caretaker using a robot. The overall water quality is checked 24/7 by a system. So everything is really taken care of here.

Everything worked excellently and the chalet was very nice and spacious. However, the travel voucher we received by email contained different information regarding payment/deposit than on-site, namely that no deposit is required. Furthermore, it was not noted anywhere that the pool is out of service in winter, which was very unfortunate. Overall, however, we had a great week in the chalet and are very satisfied. Best regards.
