I would describe the furnishings as "normal" - in a positive sense. As it was our first stay on Hiddensee, I don't have a meaningful standard of comparison. The location plus the freedom from cars is certainly "special", although this is not specific to this apartment, but to the island per se.

large apartment, beautiful park for relaxing, quiet, convenient for traffic and shopping, very good restaurant in immediate vicinity, friendly service. We were there for 10 days with two people and a dog and felt very comfortable.

Very clean holiday apartment, very good amenities, especially the own small library - there is even a bookshelf in the apartment. We liked the private terrace. Friendly service. Quiet location. The dog is also welcome. For that, one is happy to pay a little more than usual.
