Description

The 40m² (60m² floor area) attic apartment consists of a combined living room with kitchen, a double bedroom with a view of the Bodden, a sleeping loft with limited headroom (accessible via a steep staircase) and a bathroom with a view of the lighthouse.
A cot in the bedroom or an extra bed in the living room are available for an extra charge of €10 per night.
The apartment can be reached via the large roof terrace on the north-west side, which offers an unobstructed view over the meadows to the lighthouse.
Towels, bed linen and WLAN (unfortunately not very fast at the moment) are included.

The apartment is located in Grieben, the smallest and oldest village on the island of Hiddensee.
South of the Dornbusch lighthouse, which can be seen very well from here.
The harbour Kloster is 1.6 km away.

The visitor's tax is €2.00/day per person from 1 April to 31 October and €1.50/day from 1 November to 31 March. An annual spa ticket costs €56/person. Children up to the age of 18 and severely disabled persons (G+B) are exempt from the visitor's tax.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 42 days before the arrival date.

If you cancel your reservation up to 42 days before arrival, a handling fee of €20 will be charged. For cancellations 41 to 10 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed rental amount will be due, and thereafter, 80% of the agreed rental amount will be due.
