A very well furnished house, bright and friendly, with lots of comfortable seating areas that offer the opportunity to play cards, read and watch TV. The panoramic view is unique. / The beautifully landscaped garden also offers lots of comfortable seating areas to protect you from the wind or too much sunshine. / / We missed reading lamps by the beds. For older people it is difficult to get up again before going to sleep to use the light switch. / / It was very unpleasant that the plastic container was not emptied once in the 2 weeks we were there and was already full to the brim when we arrived!

I really liked the fact that I could bring my dog with me. As I have to secure the house so that my dog doesn't run away, it was a pretty relaxed holiday. I had a 2 m long fence with me that I could use to secure the terrace. The living room is very spacious and everything is made of brick. This has a very special charm. / / I didn't like that I couldn't light the stove. I have been travelling in Denmark with my husband for more than 20 years and I have often lit stoves. I was in Morkholt in the last week of September and the first week of October. In the first week it was often up to 25 degrees and sunny, so there was no need for heating. In the second week, however, the weather was changeable and sometimes cool in the evenings, so I would have been grateful for the stove. I had found a place in the holiday home area. so firewood was sold, / / There was a small propeller on the stove, I assume that this must be built into the stove pipe, No matter what I tried, the fire would not burn, fire needs oxygen and I assume that is what the propeller is supposed to do, For this reason I was forced to use the heating sometimes in the evenings, which incurred electricity costs, / / I was traveling alone because my husband died at the end of February, I treated myself to this vacation because it was important to me, But financially it was not so easy for me, But since I was reasonably frugal, it worked, / / Another point that I did not like concerns DanCenter itself, I had to pay for consumption on site on the morning of departure, We have not had to do that for years, When booking - with other providers - a deposit was usually paid, which was used to bill for consumption, I would have liked to have started home very early on Saturday, 07.10, On the Saturday in question, the Elbe tunnel was closed and I only arrived in Hamburg around 12 noon,

The house is located exactly in the middle between heath, forest and beach - a paradise for walkers. It is neither modern nor old-fashioned,,, but it certainly has charm. In late autumn and winter I would not want to live there because of the warped outside doors. But the house is a pleasure for families with children or dogs, as it is protected all around by a high hedge. / We really enjoyed our holiday there.
