A wonderful location directly by the sea with a great view over the entire bay. Technically very well-equipped house with smart-controlled skylights and induction stove in the smaller open kitchen area. Recommendations: Beautiful trips via Knebel to Kalø Castle, to Rønde, to Århus, to Grenå. Into the Mols Bjerge to Agri Bavnehøj and Trehøje. Ebeltoft with the harbor and the frigate Jylland, Helgenæs. Unfortunately, the restaurant in Ebeltoft harbor has already closed in October. But great fish shop "Flywefisken", highly recommended.

Simple holiday home. Everything is okay for the price. However, the neighborhood mostly consists of single-family homes for permanent living. It is great for a holiday in Aarhus, even with bus connections. You can reach the center in 30 minutes by bus. Nice beach 5 minutes away.
