The apartment is wonderfully located, directly on the promenade with a wonderful view of the sea. It is furnished with great attention to detail and is optimal for two people. Everything is really available that one needs in a vacation apartment. The kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances and is very well organized. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There is a separate storage room in the basement for each apartment in the house, where bicycles can be stored safely. We would be happy to rent the apartment again in the future.

We were here for 4 days in May 2022. It was very clean and friendly landlords. They were kind to people and animals.

Our dog played with the nice shepherd dog. We will come here again in April 2023 after Easter. What is missing is a comfortable couch in the living room. Otherwise the apartment has everything you need. 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and good beds. It is a bit far to the beach, about 20 minutes walk, but we combined that with our walk with the dogs. The adjacent forest is great for lingering and an evening walk with the dog. Everything is close by. Shopping facilities and the great little town of Egmond. Always happy to come back!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a very nice holiday in Egmond, also thanks to the nice welcome from the de Groot family. The flat is very centrally located in the town. It is also not far to the shops. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The flat is well equipped, ideal for 2 people. There is a parking space right next to the flat, which is very convenient. There is a shared terrace with seating, which is divided by a partition. Very nice to relax. We would come back at any time.
