Completely furnished brick cottage with central heating and consisting of entrée, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate kitchen and living room. Attic: 2 bedrooms for 2/3 pers
Our cottage is suitable for up to 3 people.
There are duvets and pillows on all beds. Bed linen and towels are included in the price!!!
WIFI / WLAN you can also use free of charge!
It is not allowed to use the towels for the beach.
Parking costs are also included in the rent!!!
The holiday home is located in the southern part of Egmond aan Zee and is situated in a quiet residential area.
From the holiday home you walk about 5 minutes to the sandy beach/lake and the beautiful dune landscape is only a stone's throw away.
The town centre with shops, cafés and coffee terraces is also within walking distance.
Detailed description :
Via the small vestibule with wardrobe you enter the kitchen, with stairs to the first floor, and the living/dining room.
To relax you can use the sofa set with armchairs, there is also a dining table with chairs. There is also reading material and information about Egmond aan Zee and the surrounding area.
A separate kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking is done on a gas cooker.
For the more comfortable among us, or for a quick warm-up, there is also an oven/microwave (combi).
To get the day off to a good start, there is a Senseo and coffee machine.
Of course there is a fridge with freezer compartment, pans, pots, toaster, blender, cutlery and crockery.
A gas boiler provides hot water and central heating.
In the attic there are 2 bedrooms with two wash basins. The two bedrooms are separated by a connecting door. There are duvets and pillows on all beds.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The stairs have a handrail and the opening to the attic can be closed.
A flat screen TV is available, WIFI / WLAN can be used free of charge!
Parking is available, you can park your car close to the holiday home.
A number plate registration system applies for parking in Egmond aan Zee.
The parking costs for the south side of Egmond aan Zee, zone C+D, are included in the rent.
Access to the North Holland Dune Reserve is almost on your doorstep, with herds of Scottish cattle and free-roaming horses. In August you will find blackberries !
There are also excellent cycling and walking opportunities here. It is possible to take bicycles with you or to rent them in town.

Ferienwohnung in super Lage!!
Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang von Frau Zwaan.
Wir waren mit der Unterbringung in der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in herrlich ruhiger Lage, gemütlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.
Das Naturschutzgebiet, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Zentral und ruhig gelegen, gemütlich und sehr sauber!!
Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt!
Der Aufenthalt der Ferienwohnung war gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Fußläufig ist alles prima zu erreichen, *100 Meter vom Dünengebiet entfernt, der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und ganz nah am Ortskern.
Sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Wohnung weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Keine Erholung
Hier hat es absolut an der Sauberkeit gemangelt. Matratze mit Flecken ,Bettlaken Löcher,Kühlschrank Haare und nicht hygienisch sauber. Herd staubig-krümmelig,Mikrowelle unsauber, Dusche verkalkt,Duschhang schimmelig.Als ich den Gastgeber darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe ,war er nicht einsichtig. Obwohl es so extrem war das bei längerem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ,wir keine Luft mehr durch die Nase bekommen haben.Gastgeber war nicht bereit nachzubessern.Er sagte das könne ich doch putzen. Wir sind aus diesen Gründen dann leider abgereist und mussten Egmond verlassen. Gerne hätten wir dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen wollen . Schade das der Gastgeber nichts angenommen hat um einer hygienische Pflege nachzukommen.Das ist ein absolutes No go gerade in der Corona Zeit .

Eine hygienische Pflege? Es macht keinen Sinn, ein Ferienhaus zu putzen, das schon wieder sauber ist!
Schade, dass diese Familie frustriert war, weil sie das Ferienhaus, das sie mieten wollten, bereits vermietet war und leider an unser Ferienhaus verwiesen wurden.
Diese Familie konnte unser Ferienhaus auf der Internetseite einsehen und stimmte zu mit wie es aussieht und mit was im Ferienhaus vorhanden ist.
Seien Sie danach frustriert, denn das andere Haus auf den Bildern besser aussieht als unser Ferienhaus! Dann sehr traurig zu sagen, dass mit dem Ferienhaus viel nicht stimmt!
Sie vergessen zu erwähnen, dass wir Sie nach all Ihren falschen Kommentaren nicht mehr in unserem Ferienhaus haben wollten!
Was für eine schmutzige Familie, wie kannst du es wagen, über Hygiene zu sprechen und rauche wie ein Schornstein und dann sage, wir bekommen keine Luft mehr durch die Nase, ich kann nicht atmen!
Glücklich waren alle Gäste, die wir in der Vergangenheit hatten sehr zufrieden!

Familienurlaub
Das Ferienhaus liegt ziemlich zentral. Strand und Zentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sauber und einfach eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, der Kontakt war problemlos und unkompliziert. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen da. Für Senioren und kleine Kinder wird es schwierig, da die Treppe nach oben sehr steil ist und man sie nur rückwärts runtergehen kann. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber dafür gibt es im OG je zwei Waschbecken.
Es gibt 5 deutsche TV Sender und die Möglichkeit Netflix zu schauen. In der Beschreibung wird eine Terrasse angegeben, diese wird leider von den Vermietern privat genutzt. Für Gäste gibt es nur die Bank vor der Haustür. Auch einen Fahrradabstellraum gibt es nicht. Das fanden wir sehr schade.
Ansonsten hat uns Egmond aan Zee sehr gut gefallen.

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen!
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Egmond aan Zee verbracht.
Die Lage des Hauses war für uns nahezu ideal, sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig nur 3/400 Meter vom Zentrum des Ortes mit Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt, der kurze Weg zum Sandstrand und das herrliche *Nordholländischen Dünenreservat ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus steht noch eine Sitzbank, auf der Sie mit Blick auf die angrenzende Rasenfläche erholsam ausruhen können.
Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war stets unkompliziert und problemlos.
Egmond aan Zee ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, wir planen wahrscheinlich in nächster Zeit bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Ferienhaus.

Sonnige Woche.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer top Lage. Die Einrichtung ist gut und gemütlich. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Das Zentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants und sofort zum Wandern in den Dünen und der schöne Strand, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, eine tolle Woche !!
Wir waren das erste Mal in Egmond aan Zee.Sehr nette Bewohner und eine herrliche Dünenlandschaft. Das Meer und zur Stadt auch nur ein Katzensprung.
Das Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und eine ruhige und schöne Lage.
Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war ein schöner und empfehlenswerter Urlaub. Insgesamt also nur zu empfehlen!
