Lovely German furnished apartment, large, clean and quiet. Friendly people. After a day in Berlin, come back and enjoy yourself. Remember all beds are single beds because of bedding. Fully equipped (dishwasher for example). With kids handy to park the car in Spandau, Arcade mall, and across the street and you are at train-tram-bus-ubahn etc. after a day in Berlin it is quite a walk back from the bus station to the apartment. I say book!!! (oh yes on the way back tip to Sachsenhausen, very impressive!!!)

Falkensee is only a few kilometers from Berlin and has excellent public transport connections. The regional trains take you from Finkenkrug station to the capital in a short time. This makes it easy to reach the capital's many sights. For all night owls, there are still trains that go to Berlin via Finkenkrug even in the middle of the night. The regional train goes directly from Finkenkrug to Spandau, Berlin Hbf and Potsdamer Platz.

The Storchennest 2 is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a cozy living room, WiFi, bed linen, towels and a final cleaning are included. The garden offers additional space to relax and enjoy nature. Especially when you return from Berlin after a long day, you will be happy about the peace and quiet and can switch off a little to the sound of birdsong.

Surroundings
There are numerous shopping opportunities in the area around Falkensee, including a large outlet center in Wustermark. For nature lovers, the Düberitzer Heide offers great landscapes and a rich animal world. There is a Penny right next to Finkenkrug train station and an Edeka just a few streets away. There is also a great steakhouse at the train station, as well as the La Bocca restaurant. 1-2 streets further on is the Hexenhaus, but it was closed when we visited.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in Ketzin verbracht. Die Lage vom Haus ist hervorragend direkt am Kanal mit einer Terrasse und einem Garten zum verweilen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, Betten super bequem und genügend Schränke für Kleidung und alles sehr sauber. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, welche uns super Tipps gab, zur Erkundung mit dem Motorboot oder für das nicht weit entfernte Potsdam mit den wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten in der Nähe und uns hat es an NICHTS gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden wieder kommen.
