Description
In our wonderful tropical atmosphere, we offer unforgettable overnight stays for the whole family. Our lovingly designed property has developed into a true oasis of well-being. With the Tikki bar, the idyllic whirlpool, the lounge with a large barbecue area, and the seasonally heated swimming pool under palm trees, the ambiance of a unique vacation spot in Berlin and the surrounding area is created. Snacks and drinks can be conveniently selected by our guests themselves in the mini shop/mini kiosk. Our outdoor sauna also provides soothing moments on cold days.
The small details, such as various garden fountains or tropical plants, additionally contribute to relaxed and unforgettable moments.
Villa Tropicana has a total of six apartments of different sizes. For each inquiry, we check which apartment is available to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Location and surroundings of object
The Villa Tropicana is located in an attractive area in Teltow, just a few minutes from the gates of Berlin. Thanks to excellent transport connections, you can reach the city center of Berlin quickly and easily.
The apartment building is situated in a quiet yet central location not far from Teltow’s old town. Numerous supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, and a variety of restaurants provide culinary delights – from regional specialties to international delicacies. The S-Bahn station Teltow Stadt is within about a 5-minute walking distance. From there, you can take the S-Bahn S25 directly to the center of Berlin, to the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz, in around 20 minutes. The regional train station Teltow, also within walking distance, takes you directly to Potsdamer Platz in just 13 minutes. Mahlower Straße provides a fast connection to Berlin-Neukölln as well as to the surrounding districts of Heinersdorf and Diedersdorf. The bus line X1 connects Teltow directly with Potsdam, while bus 601 provides a connection to the Filmpark Babelsberg. Bus 602 takes you to Wannsee, and line SXF 2 brings you directly to BER Airport. For excursions in the surrounding area, bicycles are of course available to you. Excursion tips in the surrounding area:

Potsdam – Sanssouci Palace, summer residence of Frederick the Great
Filmpark Babelsberg – theme park with entertainment and action

Beautiful flat
We were there for three nights.
Super nice service and great facilities.
There was a jacuzzi, a sauna and a salt water pool. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great so we couldn't use everything.
You can get to the centre of Berlin in 15-20 minutes but you have the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Also recommended for families
We will be happy to come back.

High quality flat and best service
In addition to the upscale interior, there is the incredible pool outside, whirlpool and sauna. The service was unique and extremely courteous (we actually come from the restaurant business ourselves, and as we know, these are the most demanding guests)
We can recommend Villa Tropicana without hesitation and we will definitely rent it again

A very beautiful and successful facility integrated into a residential area.
The rooms are generously sized, the bathrooms in the latest condition and everything is in modern design.
The service was top-notch, accommodating and always available. Friendly and extensive conversations included.
The feel-good effect was/is guaranteed!
For children, there is an outdoor pool and the nearby bird park. In addition, there is regular bus service and also a train station, so a vacation without a car would be possible. Of course, it's better with a car.

Great accommodation!
Very nice, helpful and accommodating host plus staff who really made our stay an experience. The grounds and rooms are super well kept! Berlin is only a stone's throw away!

We stayed at Villa Tropicana for three nights and were completely satisfied. We had a holiday apartment with its own terrace, the apartment was very clean and equipped with all comforts. On request, a barbecue can also be booked. For a relaxed short break, Villa Tropicana is the perfect place! The beautiful and well-maintained outdoor area offers a large pool, a whirlpool, and a sauna, all of which can be used at no extra charge. The price-performance ratio is definitely right! Clear recommendation!
