Ferienhaus in Fassberg mit einer Terrasse

So I was there for the 3rd year in a row. But what I had to experience this time is, to put it mildly, an outrageous disgrace. Only a thin summer blanket was provided. The duvet cover had a palm-sized hole. Long hairs were found in the bathroom. A final cleaning apparently did not take place before my visit. And the Wi-Fi, when I did have a signal, was outside in front of the holiday home. For me, it is clear that it was the last time I spend time there. Overall, an absolute outrage!!! We were very disappointed, as we booked the accommodation to avoid fireworks and rockets over New Year's Eve, which was advertised here, and then right at 12:00 AM it started. Thank you for that! The accommodation itself is quite old. Cabinets are left open and cannot be locked, or the doors are completely missing. The beds, well, you can have them, but you don't have to. Broken bed linens, defective toilet paper holders, showerhead cannot be hung up, towel holders wobble. The outdoor lights didn't work and there was no trash can, only an open construction bucket. Insufficient glasses and the most important thing; no plug for the kitchen sink, which made washing the dishes very exhausting. This is not how we envisioned New Year's Eve.

Liebermann Family Meeting

For our joint family holiday with our big and small children, this holiday home was perfect. Lots of space, lovingly furnished, generously equipped, absolutely clean, with a beautiful large garden with pool and playground and very warm and caring landlords. It was a stroke of luck for us. The location with the surrounding attractions and sights as well as close to cities such as Hamburg, Lüneburg, Bremen etc. is also ideal. We would love to come back and will always remember this holiday fondly. A big thank you again to Mrs. and Mr. Kirschke.
