Villa Tropicana is located directly in the centre of the town of Teltow.
The apartment building is in a very quiet location not far from Teltow's old town. Various supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. A variety of restaurants in the old town provide international and Brandenburg culinary delights. The Teltow Stadt S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Berlin's city centre, Brandenburg Gate & Potsdamer Platz within 20 minutes with the S-Bahn S 25. The Teltow regional train station, also within walking distance, takes you directly to Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes. Mahlower Straße leads to the B 101, which provides a quick connection to Berlin-Neuköln. Further on, Mahlower Straße leads to Heinersdorf and Diedersdorf. Bus line X1 connects Teltow with Potsdam. Bus 601 offers a direct connection to Filmpark Babelsberg. Of course, bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area
