Here you will find a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, kettle, and coffee machine. The cozy living room is equipped with TV, satellite TV, DVD player, and hi-fi system, ideal for relaxing evenings. All doors and windows are fitted with fly screens, so you will not have any trouble with mosquitoes or the like in the house despite the direct waterfront location.
The outdoor area invites you to linger with a garden, a large terrace, and a barbecue area. Enjoy sunny (or even gray) days on the terrace, relax in the whirlpool or on the 12-meter-wide boat dock. For the adventurous and anglers, a 3.80 m inflatable boat with a 15 hp outboard motor (no license required) as well as three SUPs (all included in the rental price) are available to explore the nearby waters. The fuel costs for the boat are charged separately.
Arrival with your own boat is also possible; the boat dock is approximately 12m, the water depth at the jetty is approx. 80cm, the Havel Canal is approx. 12m wide. Several slipways are available in the area.
The house is a non-smoking accommodation and, in addition to a garage, also offers additional parking spaces on the property, so that a boat trailer can also be accommodated. Bed linen and towels are included, so you don't have to worry about anything else. Whether you relax in the garden, barbecue on the terrace, or end the day in the whirlpool – here you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation.

A beautiful patch of earth
We had a wonderful time in this great holiday home! The amenities leave nothing to be desired – from the private boat to the hot tub, the cozy hammock, and the beach chair, everything is available that one needs for a relaxing break.
The house is very lovingly and with great attention to detail furnished and excellently equipped. It was especially nice to simply let the soul dangle and enjoy the peace. The host was also extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. The communication was straightforward and warm.
We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for relaxation, peace, and a special accommodation in a beautiful setting! ? ? ️?

It was the perfect vacation :-)

The new jetty is fantastic, the neighbors are all very nice, the house had everything you need and more.

...my house, my boat, my Ketzin :-)
We arrived as a couple and spent a wonderfully beautiful week in the holiday home. Despite the changeable weather, it was never boring. The house is lovingly furnished, the property and the location are a small paradise. In short, a dream for nature lovers and connoisseurs. The highlights are of course the hot tub and the inflatable boat. Matthias is a very good host who personally welcomed us, and whenever there was a small concern or question, he was always helpful to us. A big praise and thank you for that. We can gladly recommend the holiday home.

Everything's great! Happy to do it again!
We had a wonderful time at the house at the end of the street. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and even received an additional bicycle.
The house is well-equipped and offers everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. You can immediately tell that the owners also use the house themselves – everything is lovingly furnished and maintained, so you feel at home from the very first moment. An absolute highlight for us was the direct access to the water. The surroundings are also beautiful and invite exploration and relaxation. Whether with the SUP, the boat, or the bicycle – there is much to explore, numerous animals to observe, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature.
All in all, it was a thoroughly successful vacation. We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home!

Relaxed Easter holidays
Away from mass tourism, one can relax well here. Everything needed is available. The boat with the powerful engine greatly increased my grandson's enthusiasm. The jacuzzi was also a nice thing. Just shortly before our arrival, we had a big problem, but we were able to resolve it to our satisfaction with Mattias. Everyone was happy.
