A practical and comfortable stay, the bathroom was well equipped, and the washing machine was useful for keeping our clothes fresh, overall a straightforward experience without much fuss,

Even before arrival, there were problems: Bellvilla apparently rents through DanCenter, where suddenly a significantly higher deposit and differing final cleaning fees were demanded. The clarification was tedious, with many emails and calls, and the staff seemed poorly competent. The holiday home is quiet and spacious, but was heavily worn and only superficially cleaned. The wellness area was in a desolate state – mold in the shower, pool, and whirlpool, crumbling plaster, and a dirty sauna. Windows, coffee machines, and terrace furniture were also defective or unkempt. The "garden" consisted only of an uneven area with many molehills, and the door lock was broken, so we could not leave the house together at first. After the trip, there was a weeks-long back and forth with DanCenter and Bellvilla – yet no one seems to care about the serious deficiencies. Very disappointing and not recommended.

We had a wonderful time! The living room was cozy, and we appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The shared pool was a nice bonus, even though we had to book our time due to Covid-19. All in all, a great place for a family holiday.
