We were already convinced by the photos of the house alone; then seeing this beautiful townhouse and living in it made it a unique vacation!
There were three of us, so each of us quickly reserved "our" own floor and always had a retreat, each with its own toilet - what a luxury.
Everything is very tastefully furnished, cozy, and not cluttered with trinkets. Everything you need is available and clean.
The location of the house is in the middle of Italian life, you open the door or window and you are right in the middle of it. I would recommend earplugs for sleeping for sensitive ears - it can get noisy early in the morning; however, we always closed the windows and could sleep well.
When you go out the door, you can watch the ferries come and go or stroll to the landing stage in the evening with your drink and watch the hustle and bustle from the bench.
You can quickly get everywhere, to the beautiful bathing area under the olive trees, shopping, restaurants.
An Italian town cannot be more beautiful, for us the most beautiful on Lake Garda. Our Italian friends from Ferrara, who visited us one evening, were also very impressed with the house and the place.
We walked to Bogliaco and stocked up on wine and oil. A nice walk!
Monika Fleischmann has been discreetly available since the booking and was always reachable via WhatsApp. Thanks again for the tip with the concert in town, it was an experience!
And once again, sorry for taking so much coffee and then forgetting to leave the new package ..... next time it will be restocked, I promise!

Beautiful location. Pool and garden clean and well maintained. The flat is equipped with everything you need
Unfortunately the hostess was very unfriendly. Has her residence on this property as well. I recommend counting every item on arrival, starting from the teaspoon to the old sticky hanger. When we checked out, we were told that 1 teaspoon and a fork were missing. Every piece, every kettle was taken out of the drawers with a lot of noise. We have never experienced anything like this: so demonstrative and so annoyed... The flat was furnished for 6 people, but there were four of us. That's why it didn't bother us that some of the cutlery was missing. So: it's better to count everything and report it.
Otherwise, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Not only does this beautiful townhouse have everything you need, want or hope for in terms of amenities and accessories; it also provides the retreat you need when you just need some peace and quiet and as soon as you step out the door, life happens and you can visit many beautiful places, go to markets or enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise in the harbour of Gargnano.
