Description

Lake Garda. In this wonderful landscape we rent in the village of Toscolano-Maderno, two apartments in a quiet, beautifully renovated house (under conservation order). The house is modern, has a central heating for the intermediate and winter season is sunny and offers views of the countryside. From the covered roof terrace on the 3rd floor can be seen on the Monte Baldo and the lake. The nearest beach is approximately 300 meters. There are good shopping facilities (supermarket and specialty stores) in the immediate vicinity. Just around the corner you can find among others a bakery, a well-run grocery store and the restaurant "San Carlo" (reservation needed). For guests who wish to move by bicycle in the village, on the beach and in the surrounding area, we provide diverse city bicycles (older, simple models) available.

By car they drive through Switzerland on the highway over Chiasso to Milano (Milan) and from there to Venice. In Brescia there are three exits. From Milan Coming take the third (Brescia east). On the Express road, it now goes to Lake Garda (place name Salo!). After Salo drive through the villages Gardone, Fasano, Maderno and Toscolano eventually. After virtually drive through the village on the main road, to the right a large church, and left you will see the village square of Toscolano (with monument). Immediately after the church, always on the main road, after about 50 meters turn the brown sign with inscription "Borgo Alba Chiara" left into a small alley. Follow these brown signs. After about 100 meters, turn instead to further follow the sign "Borgo Alba Chiara", in the gravel-covered courtyard a. You are now before the House Casa MARSILVA at Via Trieste 16th
