Villa Sany is renovated this year for rent. All rooms are located on first floor of this beatiful holiday house. The villa consist of kitchen with all appliances, living room with a sofa and three bedrooms with double beds. Each bedrooms has its own toilet with shower. In the outside is a large ( 2000 m2 ) fenced garden with a swimming pool, garden furniture and a covered terrace with a table for up to 6 people. In one part of nice cultivated garden there is a sommer kitchen with grill and sitting garniture. Villa Sany is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 3 cars. If you are planning a relaxing holiday in luxury, this is the place to go.

Villa Sany is a beautiful and modern stone villa with pool located in the village Trošti. Thanks to its ideal location, it offers you an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. In the vicinity there are many marked cycle paths and historical, picturesque Istrian towns such as Pazin, Žminj, Gračišće and Motovun. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach a number of beaches, natural parks and resorts. Private pool in a beautifully landscaped garden in front of the house allows you to always take refreshment in the crystal clear water.

The handling charges of 50,00 € will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests.
