Villa Roberta is a newly built, modern and beautifully decorated private villa, with 6 bedrooms, a large private pool, in the heart of Istria. All around there is wonderful quiet nature. The nearest beach is only 20 minutes from the house.
The garden has a large pool, surrounded by a fence for complete privacy. A spacious and covered terrace with a large table and a charcoal grill is right above the pool.
The first and second floor each have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. There are a total of 5 terraces with a beautiful view of the garden and nature.

Location and surroundings of object
Drndici is a small village near the town of Pazin, in the center of Istria. All around are forests and meadows, filled with good hiking and biking trails.
The supermarket Plodine and supermarket Lidl are 15 minutes away. There are many good restaurants in the area (Motel Lovac, Konoba Beram ...)
The beaches are 20 minutes away (beaches in Rovinj, Porec). All places in Istria are a maximum of 30 minutes from Pazin, since Pazin is located in the center of the peninsula.

Cancellation terms:
- If you cancel your holiday booking, we will provide a 100% refund if the period you booked is re-booked and finalized by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if and when this occurs. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Villa Roberta is located in a enclosed property, next to Villa Iva. The houses are separated by a fence between the pools, and it is possible to rent both houses together. There is ample parking within the gates.
