Description

Villa M-Mate is a lovely house renovated last year and adapted to modern standards. In the reconstruction of the houses are preserved old original elements with a lot of love and a sense of interior. Holiday house is situated in a small village in central Istria, completely surrounded only by nature and greenery. By choosing these houses, you have also purchased an escape into nature and a perfect holiday in peace and quiet. The house consists of three separate object. The first and the second object have a bedroom for two persons with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The third part of the building has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with double beds and one shared bathroom with tub and separate shower are upstairs. All rooms are air conditioned. Pets are allowed and welcome. Wi-fi is available and is included in the price. House is surrounded with lots of greenery and beautiful meadows where you can endlessly enjoy, because they are part of the entire property.

oliday house M-Mate is located in Central Istria, on heartland of breathtaking peninsula Istria. The Cave of Pazin and the Castle of Pazin, which inspired French writer Jules Verne for his novel “Mathias Sandorf", are just a short drive from this lovely Holiday house . The Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque medieval towns which irresistibly remind of Tuscany or Provence. During your stay in Istria visit the Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco heritage) in the Historic Centre of Poreč and well preserved Roman amphitheatre in Pula or just relax on the nearest beaches on the west or east coast of Istria. While staying in Villa M-Mate you can also enjoy local cuisine and a glass of good Istrian wine.

Pazin is a town of long and rich tradition. It is situated in the very centre of Istrian peninsula, only 30 km away from well-known tourist centres. The intensity of life here is pretty much the same in winter and summer, with the monthly exception of every first Tuesday, when a flood of curious buyers from all over the Istria runs into the town to visit the traditional Pazin Market.
