Villa Gita is a holiday housea with a private pool (32 m2) in the interior of Istria with a magical view of the beautifully landscaped surroundings. The villa has its own fenced plot of 1200 m2 with beautifully landscaped lawn. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious, fully equipped kitchen / living room and covered terrace with seating set in front of the pool. It also offers barbecue, satellite TV, washing machine and private parking. The house is completely climatised. It is modern and nicely decorated and is ideal for families with children.

Location and surroundings of object
Grintovica is a smal village near Tinjan-The City of Istrian ham. Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.

Tolle und ruhige Lage
Die Villa Gita liegt wirklich sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Suzan und Zoran wohnen hinter dem Haus; sind somit schnell auch persönlich da, falls man etwas braucht. Sonst gibt es keine Nachbarn. Die Bilder halten auf jeden Fall, was sie versprechen! Ein schönes eingezäuntes Grundstück mit einem schönen und sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus. Es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Und wenn doch etwas benötigt wird, sind die Vermieter gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit !!! Durch die Lage des Hauses findet man die Ruhe (Privatsphäre), die man sich im Urlaub zur Erholung wünscht !!! Hier kann man seinen Urlaub genießen. Alles hat gepasst, wie man es sich von den Bildern erhofft hat. Sehr empfehlenswert !!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!
