Description
The house on the hills is a little jewel with a dreamlike view over Pescia and the whole Valdinievole. Opposite on the hill is Montecarlo. By car you can be in Pescia in only 3 minutes, but at the same time you are completely surrounded by nature.
The small house is ideal for two people but with the sofa bed it can also accommodate 4 people.
It has been renovated to a high standard and furnished with loving attention to detail, for example the headboard of the bed is an old stable door that was found during the renovation of the main house and then refurbished.
The house is 35 m2. The room has on the left side a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates (gas) and a refrigerator and a small dining table on the other side is the bed and the sofa bed.
For romantic evenings in spring and autumn there is an open fireplace just opposite the bed.
The shower room has a window.
The house has a terrace with a table for eating outside and an outdoor living room under the wooden roof.
The pool is on the other side of the garden with a sunshade, sunbeds and plenty of space on the large wooden terrace. The pool is shared with two other accommodations.
The garden is 1.5 hectares in total and in the upper part the owners, who live in the main house, have goats. There are two other flats in the main house.

Pescia is a small town of medieval origins, located in the province of Pistoia on the border with that of Lucca. In fact historically it has always been disputed between Lucca and Florence, sometimes even Pisa.
Pescia is a little underrated Tuscan gem!
