Description
It is an 18th century farmhouse (300m2) and a two-storey independent outbuilding (30m2), the swimming pool and 9 hectares of garden and woodland are at the exclusive disposal of guests.
The house is situated on a hill, facing south and overlooking the wooded valley. It is not uncommon to see wild boars, roe deer or porcupines here and to hear the call of the tawny owl.
The house:
The house has been completely renovated without losing sight of local traditions. It has original terracotta flooring; original wooden beamed ceilings and is furnished with antique furniture throughout. Without sacrificing modern amenities.
first floor:
3 double bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms (2 with shower, 1 with hydro-massage bath) and 1 walk-in linen closet. All bathrooms have natural light and windows.
The pink bedroom:
antique iron four poster bed with memory mattress, 2 bedside tables and lamps, 1 armchair, large wooden double wardrobe and chest of drawers, stone fireplace. En suite bathroom with large wall mounted shower.
The blue bedroom:
antique iron double bed with mattress in latex, 2 bedside tables and lamps, 1 chair, large wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers. The architectural feature includes a large slatted barn window. En-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bath and shower.
The yellow bedroom:
antique iron single beds with latex mattresses (can be used as double bed or single bed). Wardrobe and shelves, bedside cabinets with 2 bedside lamps, 1 armchair. En-suite bathroom with shower.
Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen and living area, entrance hall, wardrobe, pantry, guest WC.
Living room: 2 sofas, 1 armchair, coffee table, fireplace, TV and CD player. Internet Wi-Fi
Dining area: rectangular antique walnut dining table that seats 8 people, antique walnut sideboard.
Cellar:
Empty cellar room with fireplace ideal for wine tasting; wine cellar, laundry room and bathroom with shower.
