The house has a nice warm atmosphere with all luxury and comfort. On the first floor there is the kitchen with dining room, 2 bedrooms (5 persons), bathroom and toilet. On the 1st floor there is the living room, 3 bedrooms (9 persons) and two bathrooms. On the 2nd floor there are another 4 bedrooms (10 persons) and 3 bathrooms. In the large garden you will find the outdoor sauna.
For skiing you can choose between the largest ski area, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental and the ski area of Wildschönau (Niederau and Skijuwel). Whether you ski or cross-country ski, there is something for everyone here. You can go skiing, ice skating, winter hiking and more! For families with children, the beautiful surroundings are ideal. Here you will find the famous Tyrolean hospitality and coziness.
Westendorf, Kirchberg and Kitzbühel are quickly accessible by car.
