Our family-run, non-smoking guesthouse, built in 2015, is centrally located in a dreamlike lake location. The modern and well-equipped apartments are easily accessible by elevator. So that allergy sufferers also feel comfortable with us, smoking is not allowed in the entire house or on the balconies and pets must unfortunately stay indoors. Relax in our large garden directly on the lake or enjoy the unique view of Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps from the balcony. From our own fruit farm we offer fresh fruit, delicious apple juice and self-distilled distillates. Each apartment has a designated parking space directly at the house. A lockable bicycle garage is available. Look forward to relaxed holidays according to the motto: "...arrive and really feel good"

Our guesthouse is centrally located, directly on the lake - it is only a few minutes' walk to the boat landing stage and the town centre, with its numerous restaurants and shopping facilities.

additional information about rental price:
| In the high season, arrival and departure is only possible on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The minimum stay is 7 nights. In the early and late season you can arrive and depart on any day (except Sundays!!!). In the holiday apartments the minimum stay is 4 nights and in the two 1-room apartments 2 nights. In our prices the additional expenses, the laundry as well as the parking lot (partly roofed) are already included. Our guests transfer the total amount 2 weeks before arrival. Therefore only the visitor's tax has to be paid on arrival. This is charged at € 2.50 per person (from 16 years) (as of 02/2019) |

Even though there were apartments available on their website, she told us they are under construction. Additionally, a very unpleasant person.

Dream holiday in the best location
Newly built guest house directly on the lake. The flats are equipped to a high standard and reserved parking spaces are available at the house.
Own lakeside plot invites you for a swim.
Great lake view with view of the Swiss Alps, house has a lift.
Recommendable is the schnapps tasting with the owner.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

Super nice house with lake view
Super nice house with lake view and idyllic garden. The rooms are all newly renovated and very nicely and stylishly furnished. They offer everything you need. You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The lift in the house makes your holiday easier, whether you need to transport your luggage, pram or wheelchair. There is also a parking space for each flat, which makes the situation very pleasant. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping facilities such as a supermarket, a bakery, some shops for shopping, a pharmacy as well as the pier and restaurants. The house's own garden with beach is beautifully landscaped and invites you to linger and relax
The house is very quiet and guarantees a peaceful sleep at night. The view of the lake is indescribably beautiful
The family is very nice and helpful. Whether at the time of booking or on site. This house is 100% recommendable. We have been coming for years and will always come back.
