The recently completely renovated holiday house has 2 apartments with 2 separate entrances and 2 spacious gardens.
The upper floor has a sun terrace with a beautiful view of the coast and the hinterland.

Benicarlo is located on the Costa de Azahar between Tarragona and Castellon.
The "coast of the orange blossom", whose name comes from the numerous large orange plantations in the region, offers a still quite tourist-poor traditional Spain.
Benicarlo is a typical small Spanish town, with very nice fishing and sports boats there are in the harbor lying opportunity for water sports lovers.
Those who love tranquility are just right on the Costa del Azahar.
In October 2015, the Carretera N 340 was reopened, which otherwise led directly through Benicarlo now passes in about 4 KM distance to Benicarlo. The relocation of the road clearly leads to more peace in our apartment.
The hinterland impresses with a beautiful mountain scenery and numerous plantations of citrus fruits and olive groves.
Those who love the small old towns of Spain will find numerous small towns and villages along the Costa del Azahar with beautiful old towns and very recommendable restaurants in which cheap but very good can be eaten.

Relaxing holiday in Benicarlo
The holiday apartment in Benicarlo was very much to our liking. The facilities were very good and everything was spotless. The quiet location and the short walk to the sea were very important to us and contributed to a successful vacation. The contact with Mrs. Kircheis was excellent and straightforward. We were not here for the last time and can recommend the holiday home without reservation.

Simply wonderful
We spent Christmas and New Year's in the lower apartment with our dog (14 years old) and felt very comfortable there. There is a private parking space right in front of the door. The apartment is flooded with light and very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything one knows from home. From the terrace, there is a view of the sea, which is only a very short walk away. A fireplace provided cozy warmth on the colder evenings. Additionally, we were provided with electric heaters and a gas stove. Antonio, the on-site property manager, is very friendly, helpful, and always reachable by phone. Communication with Ms. Kircheis, the landlord, was very pleasant and straightforward. The location of the apartment is wonderfully quiet yet central. A shopping center can be reached by car via the highway in just a few minutes. Excursions to Benicarló and Vinaròs are possible both by car and by bike. Longer walks along the coast also lead there. Those who do not want to miss swimming can use the nearby indoor pool in Benicarló in winter. Overall, nothing was lacking. The apartment in this wonderful location offers all the comfort for a relaxed and restful stay that we would gladly repeat.

Vacation in September
We had a great time in the apartment. We lacked nothing. For any questions, the landlord and the manager were always available and super quick to reach. The location is good, and you can quickly get to and in the sea. Shopping is also a short distance, whether you want to go to Benicarlo or Vinarós. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Perfect holiday home.
We arrived by car and could park right next to the front door! Ideal, especially if you also brought bicycles. As soon as you enter, the feeling of welcome hits you. A large living room, 2 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom was more than we wished for. The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances. The house has a downstairs and a separate upstairs that is also rented out separately. We sat on the ground floor with a large garden and plenty of shaded areas. Only that is not applicable at this time of year. The sun is still very pleasant then. The garden is directly accessible from the parking lot, which is also convenient for putting away the bicycles. The house is on a quiet through street where only local residents are present. Furthermore, this location is very easy to reach from the N340. Which is convenient for doing groceries quickly. There are several large supermarkets in the immediate area. There is even a shopping center along the N340 (what they call a Mall in the USA) with various shops. It even has a McDonald's and KFC, but also a real local restaurant where you can get a full Menu del Dia for €13.50. A recommendation if you want to experience the local atmosphere. But Lidl can also be found near Vinaros along the N340. We enjoyed the house and of course the WiFi was a nice addition to stay in touch with the rest of the world. This location is a great base for making trips by car, but also by bike, to explore this part of Spain. We thank Barbara and Antonio for their good care and are considering booking again in the future.
