Great vacation

A beautiful little cottage about 30 meters from the beach where the morning sun invites you to have breakfast on the terrace in March. The organization and communication on site also worked very well at short notice.
We would like to thank Mrs. Bartl and Antonio for a wonderful holiday.

Everything is great!!

On all criteria, one can only rate with 5 stars.
The small house is equipped with care and practicality, everything that was listed was there. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are more than enough glasses, dishes, and utensils.
The beds are good, there are grilles (safety!) in front of the windows, and very important, insect protection! Unfortunately not on the door to the terrace, which had to be closed in the evenings.
In the small garden, there is a beautiful tree that provides plenty of shade, the outdoor shower is wonderfully refreshing, the private parking space, and the entire property closed off by a gate, everything is great and very well maintained.
The caretaker (manager?) is friendly and helpful, as are his staff.
The access to the sea is about 50 meters away, via a staircase. Unfortunately (the only downside) there is no sandy beach, but there are some in the towns.

Enjoy by the sea

We lacked nothing! Very dear and friendly landlords! There is also a manager on site in case anything should happen. The cottage is very nice and clean, the location only 50 meters from the sea. The beach brought a lot of fun to our boys. We Dutch enjoyed the quiet location!

Pure relaxation!

For the second time in a row, we are back in this cozy vacation home this year to relax and enjoy the beach and the sea. We are always happy about the house, parking, garden, and the view. Quiet, relaxed holiday

We are repeat offenders.
This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful and quiet paradise.
You can relax and unwind so well here. Even our old dog feels very comfortable here.
The landlords are very friendly, helpful and take great care of this paradise.

Holiday

The holiday home is quiet and very close to the sea.
It is very well maintained and has a sunny little garden where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning.
Nature and holiday homes characterise the complex. It is very nice that there are no high-rise buildings in the immediate vicinity. Shops and restaurants are about 2 km away and easily accessible.

Superb holiday directly by the sea

We had wonderful weeks in this small detached house. The sea is less than 3 minutes away and you can walk to the cliffs with your coffee cup in hand and watch the sunrise. This is also possible from the terrace. The cottage has everything you need for a holiday. There is also a small heater which we needed in the evenings. The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses, so that you have a really restful sleep. You only hear the sound of the sea, otherwise it is completely quiet. The car park is covered, which is great for a car, but not suitable for a motorhome. But here too, thanks to the great contact with the landlady, an alternative was found immediately. We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 dogs and can recommend it without reservation. We will definitely ask again if our way leads us to Benicarlo.

Klasse Unterkunft

Wir waren das erste mal im Oktober in dieser Region und in diesem Haus.
Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es um diese Zeit noch so schön ist.
Das Haus ist in einer super Lage, vom Haus zum Strand braucht man nur Badekleidung ein Handtuch und Badeschuhe in 2 Min. nach dem Schwimmen liegt man wieder am Haus auf der Liege, herrlich.
Die Betreuung vor Ort und durch die Besitzerin ist super, wir waren nicht das letzte mal im Haus in Benicarlo.

Der Blick beim Frühstück auf das Meer war beruhigen.

Small, fine holiday home close to the sea

It was a great, relaxing holiday in the immediate vicinity of the sea. The best thing was to get up in the morning and look directly at the sea, which can be reached on foot in max. 3 minutes.
The accommodation itself was also nice and big enough for our family (4 people + dog). We were almost only outdoors anyway. The outdoor shower was also very practical and was gladly used after going to the sea. Since we already knew the area, we quickly felt at home. We missed the sound of the sea and the great view of the beach and the coast.
The landlords, Fam. Bartl, are very friendly, helpful people who were already very obliging in the run-up to the holiday. It was nice that we could get to know each other personally!
In conclusion, all we can say is that we had a great family holiday under great conditions in not so easy times, which we will always remember. Thank you very much and hope to see you soon.

We were simply super satisfied. Everything was as described. We can only recommend it to others. We have never had a holiday flat where there was really nothing missing. Especially the kitchen was equipped with everything. The cleanliness was top which was especially important to us. The beds were not saggy, on the contrary, we slept very well. The bathroom has plenty of storage space for all cosmetics. The entire holiday complex was very well maintained and great. The owner was very friendly and you get an immediate answer if you have any questions. Simply recommendable

Top Lage und super Vermietung

Die Wohnung ist Top eingerichtet, Lage zum Meer nah und schön übersichtlich. Eine sehr schöne und
traumhafte Wohnung mit Gartenanlage und einem fast privsten Strandabschnitt. Das Meer ist klar und sauber. Vermietung(Fr. BARTL) und Haudmeister waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und gaben viele Tipps und Ratschläge auf von uns gestellten Fragen.. Die Städte Peniscola und Vinaroz sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und bieten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. ICH DANKE Frau Bartl und ihrer Familie , dass wir hier für die echt tolle Ferienwohnung zur 2 Wochen mieten und leben durften. Jeder Zeit würdrn wir es wieder buchen. Danke

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Ferienhaus sehr gut ausgestattet, Lage direkt am Meer mit Kiesstrand nicht flach abfallend. Über eine ca. 30 Meter entfernte Treppe ist der kleine Strandabschnitt zu erreichen. Sehr ruhig. Ca. 3 Kilometer bis in den Ortskern von Benicarlo. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auto definitiv empfehlenswert. Guter Startpunkt für Unternehmungen ( Ebro Delta, Benicarlo, Vinaros oder etwas weiter Cambrils, Salou).
Unserer subjektiven Meinung nach empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöner Urlaubsort

Die Unterkunft und das Urlaubsgebiet sind super weiter zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermietern ist sehr nett und freundlich und man bekommt jeder Zeit Hilfe. Außerdem ist der Ort auch super für Familien mit Kindern. Die Kinder haben genug Möglichkeiten um sich Beispielsweise am Meer auszutoben. Anschließend muss man erwähnen das es viele besondere und schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt. Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben sind die Sonnenaufgänge am Strand. Es ist wie schon erwähnt komplett weiter zu empfehlen.

Traumferien

wunderschönes, gemütliches Haus, sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Garten sowie das Haus sind äusserst gepflegt. Es fehlt an gar nichts, sodass man die Ferien in dieser schönen Umgebung entspannt geniessen kann.

Einfach perfekt

Das Ferienhaus entsprach absolut den Bildern und Beschreibungen im Internet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte - von der Saftpresse, über die Paellapfanne bis zum Gasofen. Auch für einen kühlen Abend waren genügend Decken vorhanden. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr strandnah, sodass wir jeden morgen draußen mit einem Blick aufs Meer frühstücken konnten. Von dort aus konnten wir bequem die Gegend erkunden, entweder mit dem Auto, zu Fuß oder per Rad (auszuleihen in Peniscola). Die komplette Anlage war sehr gepflegt und auch das Auto konnte sicher geparkt werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin - alles Notwendige wurde vorab besprochen und sogar nach dem Urlaub war es ihr wichtig zu erfahren, wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Dabei hätte auch Kritik angemerkt werden können, was bei uns aber nicht der Fall war. Auch vor Ort war immer ein Ansprechpartner verfügbar. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall noch einmal mieten und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Completely enthusiastic

The extraordinarily well-maintained and absolutely suave holiday home is located in a dreamlike setting and close to the beach (40 seconds!).
It is pure wellness to swim towards the rising sun in the clean sea water directly after getting up, and then to enjoy a delicious breakfast freshly showered.
The house itself is in top condition, all technical devices are working and the perfect locking system creates a pleasant feeling of security.
The care of the complex by the sympathetic owner is a further and additional plus point.
All in all: highly recommended!

Erholung pur

Dieses Ferienhaus ist perfekt und gemütlich ausgestattet und vorallem sauber. Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt ist vorhanden.

Wir sind mit zwei Kindern (10 und 5) angereist und trotz der ruhigen Lage kam Langeweile definitiv nicht auf.

Die kurzen Wege zum sehr sauberen Strand (Kieselsteine) sind ideal und der Meeresausblick ist traumhaft.

Die Vermieterin und auch der Verwalter vor Ort sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen nächstes Jahr direkt wieder.

Wiederholungstäter

wir waren schön mehrmals in dieser Ferienanlage in Benicarlo und finden es immer wieder wunderschön und sehr erholsam. Direkt am Meer, kein überlaufener Strand, herrlich still. Nur das Meer, die Sonne, ein gutes Buch und pure Entspannung. Jederzeit wieder gern!
