The 100 m² house is located in the 1st row directly on the beach of Cala Puntal, 2.5 km south of the center of Vinarós. It is completely enclosed and therefore especially suitable for smaller children and dogs (plot size about 550 m²)
In the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, so it is big enough for 6 persons
Of course there is a safe, WIFI, a locking system and an alarm system in the house, which you should of course always turn on as soon as you leave the property.

Location and surroundings of object

Vinarós is located on the Mediterranean Sea between Alcanar in the north and Benicarló in the south, 220 km from Barcelona and 150 km from Valencia. Both Barcelona and Valencia are served by various airlines, and from there you can reach Vinarós either by train (Renfe) or by bus from BCN with (Hife), which is also served by high-speed trains.
About 12 km away lies the nationally known Peñíscola with its Papaluna Castle. The hinterland, the Maestrazgo, is always worth an excursion, where you can still encounter the original Spain.

Vinarós is known in Spain for its excellent langoustines and for its Brazilian-style carnival. Every evening, the fish caught by the local fishing fleet are auctioned in the "Lonja." You can watch the daily auction (around 5 p.m.).
On the city beach of Vinarós, beach volleyball games take place every day in summer.

Hello! I have been renting out my house for 40 years and have had almost only satisfied guests (there are always exceptions). When the house is not rented, I live in it myself and it is equipped accordingly. My goal is and was: If my guests are satisfied, they will come back - and I want them to become repeat guests. I myself love to travel, but I also understand when someone is in need of rest. For unwinding, reading and being out and about with kids or the dog, my house is the choice of vacation. You can jump in the sea and swim off from about mid May to about mid November on the doorstep. Since we have a pebble beach, the pesky sand tracks stay away for the most part. There is a sandy beach in Vinaros, 2.5 km away Shopping can be done around the corner about 1 km, or in Vinaros which is 3 km away. In the immediate vicinity there are 4 different restaurants to eat and drink what the heart desires.
